Although they accidentally charged my credit card twice, but I called them and they quickly corrected the problem and were very friendly.
I came in early in the morning and the two ladies that greeted me where very friendly and very helpful. They tried to get me checked in as soon as a room was available.
This hotel was a perfect fit with FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL Staff.
Every staff member I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. However the bed was quite unconfortable. The room also had a shortage of outlets. When I arrived I had to pull out the dresser and unplug the coffee maker in order to plug the T.V. in.
I was able to book the room from the airport, which is nice when you have nowhere to go. I had to call the hotel regarding a shuttle, and the woman who answered gave me all the information I needed. She actually directed me from the baggage claim to the shuttle. The room was clean, hotel close to airport and the waffles for breakfast was excellent.
FROM THE DESK PERSON TO THE CLEANING PERSON EVERYONE WAS VERY POLITE.
The stay was decent. Nothing over the top. Thought it was slightly over priced.
I was here in March 2013... It was very nice and nice on the pockets..The staff was very nice and the many breakfast was okay could a pancake maker aswell. But over all it was good
I've stayed at this hotel a few times before and this stay was good just like the others. The hotel is clean, great proximity to the airport and the rest of Chicago, tons of restaurant choices nearby, and the staff is always friendly. Also love that there is free daily breakfast and wireless internet! The beds aren't the most comfortable hotel beds ever, but I have definitely slept on worse. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and a good value for business and casual travelers alike.

The front desk was amazing! Gave us a great quiet room, offered to print our boarding passes, got the hotel shuttle for us and was so pleasant. Room was fine, new TV, comfortable bed, clean bath. Walked across lot to T.G.I. Fridays.
The hotel was clean, staff was polite and professional even when someone's chills pulled the fire alarm while playing around. The housekeeper was very polite and personable. I was happy to have affordable parking.
The customer service was top notch, facility was very clean, pool was clean and well maintained and plenty to do in the surrounding area. We would recommend it to everyone!!

In a complex with 5-6 other hotels. Share a common airport shuttle-runs every 20 min. Made to McCormack Place in~75min. Shuttle to airport-hop on orange line to loop-then take Metra train or Bus on Michigan. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful front desk. I needed to buy a battery and they called other gift shops in the complex to locate one for me. Small pool for lap swim but nice otherwise. I couldn't afford a hotel down-town with a pool. Small but hot hot-tub. Sightly better than usual breakfast with make a waffle, toast a bagel, big pot oatmeal,cereal,2 kinds fresh fruit, sealed fruit cups in refrigerator, pre-made microwavable breakfast sandwiches, 3 kinds coffee and a few more things.
the hotel itself was beautiful, however what you see in the pictures is not always what your reserving. tiny descriptions lead to huge discrepancies in the room. The hotel was willing to upgrade my room at full cost, but when putting the difference on a different credit card they double billed me for the entire suite and locked up my entire money on that card for the duration of the vacation. They did not want to fix the issue until the next week. I was stranded with no cash for gas or food or travel for the entire vacation. what a nightmare! and not even an apology! it might be a pretty hotel, but the incompetant staff and accounting issue made it miserable...thanks a lot Fairfield! NOT!

I have stayed at this hotel two times before and was thrilled with my stay. This time, however, I was not so pleased and may not stay at this hotel next time I travel to Chicago because of it. The woman who checked me in was not friendly and seemed in a rush to just get me checked in and out of her hair, like she had something more important to attend to at 10pm. When I got to the floor my room was on, it smelled like smoke (this is a non-smoking property) and I wasn't in my room for 5 minutes before I decided I couldn't deal with the smell for the next two nights, so I went back down to the front desk to change rooms. The woman at the desk was fine with putting me in a different room on a different floor, but she didn't seem too concerned that the floor smelled like smoke and she didn't upgrade me for the inconvenience, which surprised me. My previous two stays, my room was upgraded for free simply because I'm a Marriott Rewards member. This time, I had to change rooms because of the smell and she didn't upgrade me. That was just out of character of this hotel based on my previous experiences here. Great location since I fly in and out of Midway Airport and my office is a short drive away as well. The TGIFriday's room service feature is awesome. Free breakfast in the mornings isn't extravagant, but hey, it's free and it's good basic breakfast stuff! The rest of the staff has always been friendly (even when just passing them in the hallway). I'm sure the woman at the front desk on this stay was the one exception. However, like I said, it left a lasting impression with me and I will probably not stay here next time I'm in Chicago. Decent hotel for the price otherwise.
We stayed here our first night into Chicago and then again on the night before our flight back home left. Our flight into Chicago was late, got to the motel at midnight but the lady at the counter was all ready for us had the keys ready to go, we had called from the airport for the shuttle since the rental place for the car was closed. Shuttle service is really a nice option. Since the motel is close to the airport it was easy to get our rental car back on the way out. We had a really nice lady in the morning that helped with the continental breakfast, even made our waffles for us.
My airflight was bumped, it was late at night, and I needed somewhere to stay. Many hotels were booked so I was greatful to find a convenient location with a great staff.
