We always stay at this hotel when visiting our granddaughter who works in Chicago. Best night sleep I’ve had in a long time. Very comfortable beds & very quiet rooms. Nice bathroom & shower. Love the Nespresso coffee machine. And finally a beautiful view of the river & city.

I was supposed to get my room key at 4:00. I didn't get it until 5:20. I wanted to see the river from my room, and that's what I asked for, but it wasn't. It was a crappy room.

The water purifier was coming out extremely slow on our floor, and the next day no water was coming out at all. We had to go to another floor to refill. Also, we left for the day and had no sign on our door for do not disturb. Upon our return, there was a “out and about” sign on our door handle on the outside we had not placed, and our room hadn’t been serviced/towels replaced/beds made.
