It was good overall, the room could use some maintenance.

A very well run hotel, right where we needed it. Excellent staff! The room was a little small. The space was well organized. It met our needs. We would like to come back soon!

Nice to have a restaurant just next door so that we could catch a bite without having to hunt for a place with our not being familiar to the area.

I liked that they were willing to quickly address the issues I had with the room I originally got. Sucked that I had to pay extra money to check in early only because O had originally booked to orbitz. So, most likely not going back there during my yearly visits.

The hotel was in a great location, very clean and front desk staff was great! The only issue we had was wanting to get our car from Valet Sunday morning. Apparently, we weren’t “allowed” to get it before 11am and the valet attendant was very rude, even though front desk staff said we could. Other than that, great hotel and would stay again!

The Central Loop Hotel is in a great location, it's not the newest or the best place but definitely worth your money if you aren't looking for a hotel with a lot of amenities. Being on the 5th floor I was still able to hear some of the noise from the street below and the train nearby. The hotel is centrally located so it''s near all the train stops, shops and businesses.

Friendly staff and very convenient location made this spot ideal for us. We did not need any frills, don't look for a jacuzzi! The bed was very comfortable and the coffee in the downstairs lounge was much better than expected!

We enjoyed our short stay at the Central Loop Hotel. We arrived after a long flight and were so very tired. The bed was so good we got the long sleep we needed. Nice tidy room, good shower. Thanks

The front desk staff Christine M. was friendly. I felt welcomed. I liked the yoga mat in the hotel room.

I stay there when weather conditions are not conducive for commute into Chicago for work -- when I can get a rate < $100. I can walk to /from office in < 10 min. Love the hotel. Very nice and efficient staff and clean & comfy rooms.

I needed a place to sleep before an early AM flight, and this was exactly what I needed at the right price. Comfortable, safe, clean, fast checkin and checkout.

Excellent place! good room, could be better WiFi signal

Forced to walk up from the 3rd Floor to the 9th Floor because of a malfunctioning elevator and then back down to the Lobby because the door back into the hotel from the stairwell was locked. In the Lobby, I learned about the elevator as I watch the Fire Department force the doors open to free people who were trapped inside it. Forced to walk from the Lobby to the 9th Floor to return to my room because the malfunction elevator kept the other elevator(s) from working. However, I still like the hotel, but the maintenance and maintenance staff in the hotel require a serious overhaul. There was indications of a potential problem with the elevator the day before the malfunction.

Nice clean rooms with comfortable bed and a great central location to everything in downtown Chicago!
