A perfect fit for my needs in downtown Chicago, cozy, clean, comfortable, convenient, and affordable. Thank you Central Loop!
Accommodations were great! Location was great! Staff was great! Bathroom was a little outdated but everything else made up for that. Would definitely stay here again.
Great place, great location. Conveniently located in central Chicago and close to public transportation. Very modern rooms very comfortable
The location was ideal as I was traveling with a heavy suitcase, and the hotel is a couple of blocks from an elevator-equipped metro station. I was also able to take a city bus at a stop just across the street to get to the long-distance bus stop.
Good location and walking distance to where I needed to go.
enjoyed our stay at Central Loop Hotel, Chicago, IL
The hotel was unwilling to work with me on changes.
The hetel had a great location near a lot of restaurants, cultural and art museums, and parks. It also provides coffee and snacks servise, yet it's out Friday-Sunday.. Which was most of our stay..
This hotel is the real deal. It has an excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and very clean and comfortable rooms. This was my second time staying here, and I am going to have a hard time staying anywhere else in Chicago, especially for the price and the location. The staff this time particularly stood out for their friendliness and availability; when I had trouble figuring out the printing in the business room, a staff member helped me and would not leave until the issue was resolved, when we needed extra coffee pods for the room's Keurig machine they were waiting for us in our room. You cannot go wrong with this hotel.
Great little hotel but was a little hard to find the front entrance, also the parking ramp need to be with the hotel instead of it being a couple blocks away. Overall the hotel was great
I had a great experience at this hotel. I iked the different amenities, such as the printing room, gym and even a laundry area. The location is also walking distance to the Willis Tower, Millennium Park and all the shopping centers! The reason I'm not rating this hotel a 5 is because of parking. I was surprised they didn't have parking, but then again, it is downtown Chicago. You have to park in the parking structures and pay about $40-$50 every time you enter the structure. Pricey much! Another option is street parking which is a few bucks cheaper. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Just be prepared to pay for parking ;)
The bed was amazing, I was expecting a tub not a shower, really small room. Staff was nice Location is AMAZING
My main complaint is bed was not comfortable. Small tv in room.
The rooms were small but clean. The location was great!
Most uncomfortable bed; hard as a rock and left me with sore hips and back after a 5 night stay. Bedding and pillows smelled old so I had housekeeping swap even the pillows. Bathroom had an old razor cover on the counter so clearly it hasn't been properly cleaned. Towels were either old and scratchy or newer and plush.
Good location. Always enjoy Chicago. Hotel was fine. The staff were super. Restaurant attached was good.
While the staff was nice and the room was clean, the building was old is absolutely no frills. There is no safe in the room so you had to go down to the front desk every time you wanted to use something you brought that's safe-worthy. And another major issue with the room was there is no window or vent in the bathroom which does not exactly create a clean feel.... However the location is very nice and if you're looking for an economic experience, this is it .
Great price , location .Can do better if didn't have to wait 20 minutes for valet parking, but if you plan ahead is not a big deal.
the room was very small but the staff found a better room for my. Thanks
Could be better if there is a working exhaust fan in the bathroom.
