It was fine but for almost $400 per night I would expect the tv to work and it to be larger than a small bedroom.

It was a nice size room for a one night stay . They had just what we needed for a good nights rest. We loved the water pressure from the shower .

Self parking was two blocks away, not a problem for us since it was a short stay, but if you have lots of bags or have a hard time walking this might not be a great option. The room we stayed in was outdated with a very small bathroom. The room had a hairdryer that did not work and no iron or ironing board.

Clean and comfortable room with lots of unusual but practical features - hooks and counter space, a wheeled laptop desk, and excellent lighting. Very convenient location for both Union Station and State Street. Will stay here again.

Overall the hotel was very nice and clean , great staff , check in was easy . Room was small but very clean , beds should be updated , very uncomfortable, bathroom door not a soild door , most it was frosted glass that you could see through when another person was using bathroom, no privacy. Room was very clean and quiet tho . Would stay again if i have to .parking was a block and half away in parking garage ,no shuttle to take you back and forth, parking ticket was a extra $25 on top of the $265 . Neighborhood at night time is not to bad but enough to keep your gaurd up when walking the block .
