This property is so close to everything: food, shopping, tourist activities. It was perfect for us. And the Weber Grill restaurant was sooo good!

We stayed 4 nights. It was an easy walk to the river and an easy walk to Navy Pier. It was a quiet, safe area (as far as cities go).

Everyone has been very nice and helpful.

Very disappointed, pool was closed, early checking fee, check in is at 4, beds were uncomfortable. Platform of the bed is larger than the bed so lots of banged knees from walking in the room, breakfast is for honor members only. Location is awesome right on the el red line. But I will not stay here again.

Nothing like the pictures, very old and out of date, the bed was hard and the toilet was not cleaned.

Bath sink wasn’t working when we arrived. I reported it, they said someone would come and fix it.. that just did not happen. We had to brush our teeth, wash our hands, etc.. on the shower. Very disappointing for a Hilton chain hotel

Orbitz or SOMEONE should have let me know that the Hilton Garden Inn was closed for renovation and that all reservations were being handled by/at the Embassy Suites. After trying to park and valet at the Hilton for 30 minutes, I finally called the number provided and learned that our reservation was taken at a different hotel (Embassy)

The hotel has Excellent location and the room was clean and ready for us when we arrived.

The front desk staff were exceptional, especially Richard

Great Location and affordable for being within walking distance to Michigan Ave.

The Hotel is in a great location with the river just a half mile away. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The only issue we had was that there was a stained/soiled bath towel and the shower drain was clogged so it collected water as you showered. Overall we would stay again
