The front desk staff was terrific; very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. This is an older property, but well-maintained and comfortable. It is located close to O'Hare and has a nice shuttle service. I will stay here again when I return to Chicago.

The room was in good conditions, however the bathroom had a weird smell, luckily I had an air freshener. Also breakfast isn't free and the money you spend for it isn't worth it as it's just a buffet you'd get at a hotel that'd be complimentary.

The shuttle schedule was clearly posted in the lobby. The crew working breakfast kept the place clean and food always available. They actually freshen the room each day, something I thought was a thing of the past. Nice!
