Very comfortable atmosphere and service always helpful.

Loved the hospitality. The bell hops and staff were very helpful. Cleaning staff did an excellent job w the rooms

Great location...near the water and downtown. Also, close to public transportation.

The room was small, but clean and the location couldn’t be beat! I will definitely stay here again!

The first day was great the staff was nice and welcoming but after talking to the man at the front desk about our bill at breakfast he was extremely rude. He forgot to give us our free breakfast passes the first day he did apologize and gave them to us when I asked for them. He did not explain to us that we were not to leave payment on the table to cover any difference. We found out after we did this that the difference would be billed to our room. As he was explaining this to us he was so rude! WE had to request to speak to a manager so that we could be reimbursed and not billed twice. WE waited over 20 minutes to do so. Finally, the manager did take those charges off of our room. It really is a shame because every one else was so friendly except for this one man. He was rude to people calling the hotel lobby as well. Millennium needs to step it up and give this man a lesson in treating customers much better than he did.

Great location, helpful staff, excellent decoration, clean and quiet

Very few amenities for the price. Historic building in great location.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Great location, clean and inviting.

I enjoyed the property, the convenient location to Water Tower shops and Michigan Avenue. Would definitely recommend to other travelers and re-book for future dates.

hotel was nice HOWEVER don't let the low price fool you as parking is 70.00/nite

nice hotel on the Magnificent Mile; updated but still has some old-school charm

Lovely hotel!!! Excellent customer service!!!Nice location!!

Very courteous staff, including bar and restaurant.

Valet is very pricey $67/day w in and out privileges but really adds to the price of the hotel. 1 of 3 small elevators was not working, and seemed to be too crowded to get on often. Doesn't have room service in later evening time. Hotel is older. Positives - the location is awesome, room was clean and quiet, free wifi, netflix and hulu accessible.

Great hotel. Lots of character. Staff was great, very helpful and everyone very pleasant. Good luck using the phone in the room, very confusing. Would absolutely stay here again. The location is perfect for a Chicagonweekend get away.
