The Staff is amazing, thank you 🙏

Honestly this place is overrated and run down old chicago property. You get a great area and have a lot around but the rooms are old and dingy just like the hotel itself. Check in staff was friendly but the overnight 7pm guy on duty on 11/16 was awful when my card was over charged. He refused to provide his name or any answers about why I was charged over charged an extra fee. I’ll never book here again.

It’s all about location! Only semi-negative is parking. They send you 1 1/2 blocks away and you have to drive up a 6 story circular tight ramp. (Dizzy)… but would recommend hotel

No convenient store for last minute snacks or toiletries.

Nice upscale hotel. The hotel age shows - small elevators, narrow hallways, etc. The rooms are large and more modern. Someone please wash the windows

This historic hotel was so beautiful! Our room was nicely updated - although the bedroom was rather close to the bed. Our view was not very nice as it was of their air conditioners in the courtyard but I appreciated being at the end of the hallway and away from the noise. The bar in the lobby was a nice treat too! We checked our luggage in for the day when we went to a game - it was free and a quick process. Overall I would most certainly stay here again!

Friendly staff

Extremely easy check-in, very clean, comfortable rooms, walk-in shower to die for with dual shower heads. Staff, housecleaning should be complimented on their efficient, friendly and thoughtful manner.

Excellent location!

Excellent hotel...

I felt that because I booked on Orbitz and paid less we received sub-par amenities… at least I hope that’s the reason. We got to our room, which WAS clean and well decorated, but the king size bed only had two small very flat pillows. It looked like they gave up halfway through making the bed. There were only two towels and ONE washcloth. Then there was only one water glass in the entire room for two people. There was no information about the hotel or room service or literally anything. Zero “Welcome to the Millenium Knickerbocker…”paperwork. Then when we went to sleep, the bed was broken or something and one side tilted badly. I felt like I was falling out of bed all night. Someone previously had also spilled coffee or something on the wall and then put a chair in front of it. The hotel has a lot of charm and we thought it had great potential but sorely lacks attention to detail. The mobile checkout process was great. The staff that we spoke with upon check in and in coming and going were all personable and helpful. I tried to find a housekeeper to get extra pillows, towels, and another glass for our second night stay but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately it was an extremely busy trip and I didn’t have time to chase down hotel staff to fully stock our room, so we just muddled through. Otherwise it was a great location, the martini bar is on point, and the service & French toast in the restaurant was top notch.

We were charged an additional $30 even though the hotel was paid in full, in advance through Orbitz. We have been unable to get this resolved.

THE ROOM WASN'T GREAT. HAD TO ASK MORE THAN ONCE TO GET ROOM CLEANED. WHEN WE CHECKED OUT THEY TAG A ADDITIONAL 75.00 ON FOR SERVICES, THAT I STILL DONT UNDERSTAND??? I WILL NEVER, NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN

Service was horrible

great value

Located on the Bloomingdales end Magnificent Mile, the hotel was in a safe, quiet location. Walk to everyplace downtown Chicago has to offer, Magnificent Mile, Beach, Navy Pier, Riverwalk, Millenium Park, The Bean. Short Uber ride to Skydeck to get in The Ledge too

$15 a day facility fee is a dirty trick. It supposedly covered wifi, bottled water, etc. These are all covered under my paid reservation. Hotel room hallways were stained carpeting. Should be replaced and has a musty smell.
