This hotels block next to the loop very convion . Close to everything

I stayed for business and pleasure. Great location. Very nice staff. I will definitely return.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, got us a free upgrade after checking in early, room was clean, modern, and stylized - you sink right into the fluffy bed spread and sleep like a baby. Ample blankets, pillows, and closet/clothes space.

You had to pay for parking even if you were staying at the hotel $75.00 per night room was small got up graded, up grade was smaller veiw of the city was crappy and I paid for a city view room.

Hotel was great I loved the bed and the sheets were so comfy. The only things I would complain about was the checkin process, there was a new guy training so I'm sure it was rocky because of that. Also the phone in the room was broken, but they gave me a 50$ credit which was nice. Overall I would recommend this hotel it was so close to everything and made it convenient to walk everywhere!

Reserved city view room but still had a peak of the river. Room was pretty spacious and bed was comfortable. Large bathroom. The lobby looked more modern than the room but that's ok. For the price it was perfect. If you're looking for a lively social bar scene in the lobby this is not the place. Next door is a cool bowling alley with bar and plenty of bars and restaurants and in the immediate area.

Great location downtown. Easy walking distance to many bars/restaurants. Friendly staff.

Actually , my friend and I were surprised by seeing this hotel having 4.4/5 score but in real 3 out 5 is even more than enough for it. This hotel doesn’t even have a dining area and offering very expensive Internet per day. Our room was facing the parking structure and was not really calm and the beds were old and pillows were outdated. However, the room was clean. The staff neither in check-in nor in check-out were not very friendly. I was feeling every passenger must have owed something to them. Not recommended at all !

Stayed for a long weekend. Hotel staff was fantastic! Perfect location! Would highly recommend!

This was a perfectly fine hotel in a great location. Room was a bit small, but very comfortable. Staff was hospitable and efficient.

Very nice hotel! Bed extremely comfortable! Mini bar and resurgent expensive, but typical for downtown.

Great place very central location. It was great for getting around and site seeing

The hotel was perfect for our stay in downtown Chicago. We got it at a very cheap cost considering how great the quality of the rooms/hotel itself was. It's in a perfect location as well!

I lived there with my family and we did have great experience living there.

Great place--nice location for the holiday season and seeing the city. Perfect walking distance.

It was great, clean and very nice. We had a great time nad it was near a ton of restaurants and entertainment.

Honestly room service was one of the most expensive (delivery fee also included and they expect a tip) and worst quality I have experienced. They are doing major reconstruction so the overall atmosphere was poor. Everyone in my party was extremely disappointed with every but the room, which had great aesthetic appeal, but nothing special. We asked for extra towels and received two....The check in process was horrid. The guy gave us the wrong room number twice.

This is a really nice hotel at a great location. A modern twist on design and well thought out rooms in the heart of Chicago. I expect to pay a good amount for a 4+ star hotel but some amenities I would think are included in that rate. The room service was WAY overpriced (25% gratuity PLUS a 6$ delivery charge) and the food was sub par at best. WiFi is free in the lobby but $18 in the room. Parking was $65 per day and in room movies were $20 each. They are a killer with the add on's and those adds did not seem to match the expectations I would have in a hotel like this.

We were well taken care of at Hotel Chicago, from check in, storing our luggage until our room was ready, parking, hailing cabs, checking out. Very pleased with the friendly staff. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to clubs, shopping and dining. Simply fabulous day away!!!

Customer service was not very helpful when I first called, but I decided to say here anyway for my sister's bachelorette party. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating. She let us check in early and also made sure all of our rooms were on the same floor and close together. The valet was also great he was able to arrange for a limo to take us to our first destination of the evening. Almost everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance! All in all a nice place for a good price!
