I loved that it was located in the middle of everything. We walked everywhere, the weather was great. What i didnt like was that our room didn't have a microwave and it didnt offer free wifi.

Great, well-kept hotel close to everything! It was easy to get to & easy to check in. The amenities were solid, room was spacious & clean. We will definitely be coming back.

I was really pleased with the hotel until we actually stayed the night. A few friends and I were talking perhaps a bit loudly, but there were only 4 of us so it couldn't have been loud enough to be a disturbance. Next thing I know, a man is knocking at the door asking us to be quiet or leave. I politely said we would be quiet and apologized, but as I took one step towards my friends to tell them we had to be quieter, there was another knock with another man at the door forcing us to leave the room. We explained we would be quiet and we only heard the warning less than 10 seconds before, but he refused to listen. He kicked us out on the streets with no sort of compassion or anything. I paid a good amount of money to stay here and even despite explaining this horrible situation to the managers, they did not refund us. To add on, the next day I got an additional charge to my card without any sort of authorization for use of the minibar snacks-- which did not happen. I've complained about this fraudulent charge multiple times and I still have not heard back. All in all, the hotel is very nice, but the staff is absolutely terrible and relentless towards their guests. If you want to enjoy your night in Chicago and socialize with some friends, this is NOT the place the stay.

the hotel is in a great location with plenty of transportation options and places to dine close by.

Nice hotel but not worth the price that we paid. Went during a busy weekend and the hotel skyrocketed prices.

Loved how the hotel was in the middle everything. Right in the center and heart of Downtown Chicago

Beautiful hotel close to Marina City. Only thing I did not like was the $71/ day valet parking.

Spent one night. Aside from not being able to make it warmer it was a comfortable well designed room, especially for a renovation. Lobby is chic and has a large inviting bar. Plus incredible location.

I loved the location. Walking distance from most everything I was there for!! Clean, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. I can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location! Walking distance to Clark/Lake blue line train station (10 minutes), Michigan Ave shopping (2 blocks away), excellent eateries on the same block and for some of them you can change meals to your hotel bill (hotel points!), small market just below the hotel. Perfect! I would stay again. Very quiet. Beautiful rooms/bath/bedding.

We live in Chicago but wanted to do a staycation. This place was perfect and we would come back.

We have absolutely no complaints! Everything was great and a great location to boot!!!! We will be back.

Great experience. The concierge, Rory, was at the top of his game all day. He treated my family and I like top notch guest. We loved the time we spent and look forward to return soon.

Fantastic greeting and expedient check in by Rory set the tone for a great stay. Hotel is located next to House of Blues with easy access to the Magnificent Mile. Hotel has a cool urban aesthetic. Rooms were comfortably appointed. We reveived a text from the hotels e-concierge following check in to offer any needed aaaiatance. Parking is spendy- $70 for overnight, but valet directed us to a parking garage a block for $50/night; we then used Lyft for short venue hops around the city.
