Richard at the front desk was very helpful, in fact every member of the staff & service we met went out of their way! Where do you find that? The food was delicious. Walking distance from the River architecturecruise.

Very good stay

The room is pretty spacious and clean. I was satisfied. The only negative things that stuck out - the mattress is very firm which I didn't like. Also we called to request more pillows, the front desk person said they would be sent right up but no one ever came to the door.

Clean room, very comfy bed, good bathroom. The food/drinks ordering site did not work. The room had essentials, but could provide a bit more - toothbrush, toothpaste, hairnet etc. It might not be as good for light sleepers as one can hear the city noise ls at any time.

The room was falling apart. Door stopper was coming off, wallpaper peeling off, scratches on both coffee tables, and the AC unit was just blowing cold air it was freezing at night. The only good thing about this hotel was the location other than that go to another hotel in the area.
