We loved the service, and the stay. Very customer-centric. The room was absolutely great!
The service was exceptional. The lobby and suites were beautiful.
The air in the room was much too dry, and the fan blew dry air all night. We could not put the fan any lower. Other than that, this is an awesome property, and I like the redecorating but miss the fountain that used to be in the lobby area. Also, the gift shop went away? Meeting rooms were comfortable and the staff was top-tier great.
The room was elegant, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was a clean property. The check in experience was fast, friendly, and efficient
I got in early around 7am at the property and requested to check in. The receptionist Alice told me that she would do her best to accommodate since it was full from previous night. I was tired due to a red eye flight and I told Alice that I was prepared to pay for an additional night if she could get me a room. She mentioned I was the first in queue to get a room and she would expedite my request as soon as guests leave and she will contact housekeeping. I sat in the lobby and waited for three hours as I watched guests checking out and leaving. Finally I called a nearby hotel and I manage to get a reservation for an early check in. I asked Alice if she could cancel my reservation and she abruptly found a room for me. I stay at the Ritz properties all around the world and never had such terrible service from the staff.
Location, quality and proximity. Great service. Prices are high (7.00 for a coffee!?)
Property has great views of the Chicago Skyline & Lake Michigan.
Location is great and within walking distance to many desired destinations
Was not worth the price. Roomed in much nicer places for less. Check in was 3 hours late and still someone was in the room cleaning when we walked in.
Everything, especially the Swimming Pool and the lobby.
The staff was great! Everyone was very helpful all the time. There is nothing 5 star about this hotel. At the very most it’s a 4 star. The bed was horrible!!!! I woke up with shoulder and back pain. Before I booked the hotel I read some reviews and all of them are true. I would never recommend nor stay at this hotel again.
