It was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and sharp. The entire staff was helpful, cheerful and made each of us feel very welcome. Be sure you make time to chat with Warren Pope the Concierge. He was so passionate about his job, making sure we knew exactly where to go to have the best experience during our short stay. This hotel will be our HOME away from home for any future stays in Chicago. There were so many places within walking distance we didnt have time to investigate but look forward to on our next trip. And parking rates are very reasonable!!

You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Price is great, parking is cheapest at 25 per day, staff is very nice and professional, location is perfect walking distance from most everything. Our favorite hotel for sure

I had no issues and when I had breakfast in the hotel dining room, I was pleasantly surprised by the qualilty of my meal. The food was delicious!! I would recommend the hotel and having a meal in the dining room!

Definitely recommend this place and will stay here again in the future. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful--especially the concierge! Our room didn't have a microwave but he happily heated our food up for us when we asked him. The location was perfect and it was very easy to walk to the magnificent mile from our room. Highly recommend this place!

My experience was great! I can not complain about the room and staff. But I am highly disappointed with parking, the fact that we had to pay for parking was totally annoying. I feel as if the hotel should at least provide something to their customers. Parking in Chicago was overall expensive, the least the hotel should of provided was free parking.

Within walking distance to many restaurants. Well monitored security. Employees were well groomed and easily identifiable. Did not spend much time in hotel since I was there for a conference.

Within walking distance to everything we needed during our stay. Rooftop deck was perfect to relax in the evenings while the kids used the pool. Very clean and accommodating rooms, and the restaurant was great too.

The hotel itself was just fine. No issues, free coffee in the morning. The parking however really annoyed me. We paid to leave our car there for the night. $25. I ASSUMED we would be able to leave it there for most of the next day until we LEFT Chicago. NO. They told us it had to be out by 11 o'clock and then they said it had to be out by 1 o'clock. So you can't leave your car there for any decent amount of time without paying for two nights. That is horribly in-courteous. Especially when that was the ONE feature we desired in choosing that hotel. I would have stayed at a decent hotel like the Freehand if I had known this one fact. The next check-in isn't even until 3 o'clock.. and you can't leave your car without checking-in. So.. at least 3.. Have some customer appreciation..

The concierge/supervisor made our stay at the hotel enjoyable!

I have to say it was a little disappointing for me after checking good reviews, that is no so good like many people said! No, it's not that bad, and I do not know if the problem was only in my room, but the air conditioning made a very loud and annoying noise, I woke up several times in the middle of the night because of that, I stayed on the third floor and when the elevator opened the door I already smelled a musty that I really didn't like and my room also had that smell, but less than in the corridors ... These were the two points that really disappointed me, and I think they should be mentioned , But other than that the room cleaning was good, the bathroom although small had a good shower and the bed was comfortable ... The staff was very nice and I got a free parking that was the point that I decided for this hotel Another point that I have to mention is location! Very good, walking distance to magnificent mile and great restaurants.

The proximity of the hotel is very good from the shopping district. Comfortable room. However, there is no refrigerator in the room. Ice machine is in the hallway, though.

Would recommend. Small rooms, but perfect for weekend stay

The old portion of the hotel has no noise insulation. !st. night street noise and from the room above. The next day I asked mr. Andre to move us to another more quiete room so he did. Street noise improved but the above room the same problem people with heavy walking to almost mid night. We were there times before and we did not had this kind of problem (noise) because the new area is more noise insulated. Mr. Andre thank you for try to help.

The hotel itself was fine, a little on the older side but very conveniently located to walk to the Riverwalk, lots of L stops, and the Navy Pier. The staff was amazing and really nice except for one clerk on in the late night/early morning shift. Lobby has internet, a printer, and coffee and tea available all the time which is a nice perk. It was really expensive the weekend I stayed because of a bunch of events but for a more reasonable price, it's a good value.

Just a one night stay but good location and parking. Comfortable rooms. Would recommend

Cool staff and parking attendant....... Few blocks from the Mile...

Great location, lots of good places to eat in walking distance. Short walk to the red line for those going to Wrigley. However, Wifi was horrible and be careful with the vending machines.

This Best Western is newly renovated. It is clean, the linens are wonderful, and the location was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly, and we never had to wait for assistance. Thanks for the lobby coffee and tea. Our room was quiet, secure, and fashionable.

As soon as I arrived in the lobby, I had a sinking feeling. The hotel is rather dingy, sort of dirty and feels creepy. If dingy, dirty and creepy sounds appealing, you have found the right place. The rooms weren't filthy and the beds turned out not to bite (for which I was relieved). Room service is a pizza place downstairs, food served on paper plates. Would I stay here again? No. If it was free? No. Absolutely not ever again.

This was a trip to take in Art Museums. We were in walking distance of all the places we decided to visit. Also close to the Best Pizza in town. Loved the free parking!! A great visit to Chicago.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize that your stay was not up to your standards regarding parking. Our parking rate are 25$ including "In & Out" privileges. This is one of the lowest parking rates for a hotel that is in the downtown area. Despite that we do hope you enjoyed your stay & look forward to having you again the next time you're in the area.

Good Evening! I do apologize for not meeting your expectations with the working order of your room. We will be taking care of that immediately. We do have Maintenance on site to insure that any request you may have, we can be at your command and check anything that needs attending to. We also could have changed your room. We want nothing but for you to be comfortable. I am glad however that our staff was friendly and that our location met your expectations. There definitely is so much to see and eat! Take Care!
