There are a block of rooms that face a wall...we were a little disappointed with the view but the hotel staff were friendly and moved us to a different room with a better view. Overall facility was really clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They remembered us each day and joked around with us.

Checked in Friday afternoon and Showtime took real good care of us with a lot of positive energy! The desk personnel acted like they were genuinely happy to see us each time we walked in or out! The only downside was there’s barely any water pressure in the shower (took a really long time to get hot water) and there’s no restrooms in or near the fitness center. Other than that, the room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is continently located near the 'L' blue line. It was easy to take the train in and get everywhere I needed to go - no need for a car, taxis, or Uber. The staff was very friendly and offered to move our room so my 4-yr old son could see the train from our room window. I was also impressed that since my son has allergies and couldn't have the complimentary arrival snack they offered, the staff went out of their way to get a small stuffed animal, which they gave him the next morning. Our stay was short, but we appreciated their thoughtfulness and will definitely stay here again next time we come to town.

Very nice building in a great location, close to everything. Building is showing its age a little, some scuffs and cracks in the rooms. A little touch up paint would go a long way but nothing that would stop me from booking this place again or recommending it to friends. My only complaint is the mattress was a little firm and had a dip on side from being worn out. Other than that great stay over New Years

Convenient location to family. Easy walk to Magnificent mile for shopping

Great accommodation, really couldn't ask for more.

Bed and room were comfortable, however the incessant squeaking and bumping noises from the heating/cooling system (which I could not turn off) were unbearable. The hotel provided ear plugs supposedly because of the noise on the street, however, my gut tells me they were provided due to the air system. When I called down to the front desk to inquire if there was a different room available with less noise, I was informed that the issue is pervasive. How in the world this hotel gets a 4.3 out of 5 is beyond me. Sleeping with ear plugs is highly uncomfortable, not to mention disruptive. NEVER AGAIN.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very spacious and extremely comfortable. It was conveniently located to almost every major cta train lines. The only complaint that I had for the whole place (I wouldn't really call it a major complaint) was that the shower took a long time to warm up. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would book it again tomorrow if I had the chance.

There was someone else's hairball behind the bathroom door that was never removed in my 4 days in the same room. That was after I had already switched rooms. The room had no real amenities, just a bed and desk. It was over priced for what I got in return.

This is the third year my husband an I have stayed here. We also enjoy our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful from the moment you pull up. It is in a great location. There is plenty to do within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

I was there for the Chicago Marathon. This hotel is 0.5 mile from the starting line. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. It is much cheaper than the Hilton down the street. The only problem that I had was that the toilet seat was not tighten enough.

It is a great hotel located very close to all train lines, and buses, near to Willis Tower and Millennium Park.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend

It's downtown so expect to hear traffic all night long.

We paid a high price because of the comfort, and it was not really good. In addition there are not breakfast. The service was good

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, contemporary, and quiet. The staff was very warm and helpful. There were numerous restaurants, convenient stores as well as nearby attractions. I've already recommended this hotel to my friends.

I was in town for a convention and this place was great for the money. Less expensive than the hotel where the convention was being held and walking distance away. Clean rooms, attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Located in the middle of the city so it would have been easy to walk to restaurants and such. My boyfriend and I went during winter time so we did not stay out in the winter cold much. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We needed to be near the UIC Natatorium for our annual District meet. The hotel was in an ideal location, only 8 minutes from the UIC campus! ... easy access to Route 290/90/94. Staff was pleasant. We used the valet service, although a bit pricey at $48.00, it was convenient to have access to the car for loading and unloading the needed items from our swim meet. We took advantage of the Meli Deli bar area to bring cocktails back to the room after a long day. We also walked next door to the Pot Belly for a quick sandwich before leaving the city. The Hotel was easily accessible to the CTA Services. We will plan to return to the hotel again next year and walk the areas "Printers Row" and Loop areas. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

I absolutely loved the doorman "Showtime". He made our trip enjoyable and every bit of a pleasant and entertaining experience!
