Staff friendly. Late checkout available, but at $50. Huge bathroom. Super-cute suite with microwave and fridge and coffee maker. Will stay again.

We had a great stay! East walk to CTA lines, lots of dining and shopping. The restaurant in the hotel was really good. Staff were fantastic. We will definitely use this hotel again for future visits to Chicago.

The room was nice, but the housekeeping wasn't very good. The floor was dirty from the previous guests until about 5 days into our 6 day stay. One day they left one wash cloth for the room for two people. We had to ask for the body wash to be refilled. On top of that I could've link my Hilton honors account to the room and when I asked about it, they just gave me a promo code

21st Birthday Party
