Great place to be on the Magnificient Mile, you can walk everywhere and enjoy Chicago. Staff is very friendly.

Location great, easy to find, easy access, within walking distance of a lot of atttactions

Everything was great. There is a great restaurant/bar in the lobby. If I could suggest anything, it would be for them to have wine, soda or bottled water for guests in the evening. I guess I've been spoiled from my visits to other Marriott properties. Otherwise, all was excellent

The staff were no where to be found. The only people we saw were the front desk and doormen. And to get a smile or a simple, Good Morning was impossible. The one greeting we did get was from a doorman saying, “Welcome back”, as his face was buried in his phone. And the room was like a college dorm. Small, dark and dated!

All in all it was a great stay given some of the kindnesses that were extended by the staff such as a late check out. Initially the property is quite underwhelming. The restaurant had tasty food however the waiter seemed to be annoyed to do his job. A couple of the Bellman seemed completely exasperated with their jobs but all in all everybody brought it together to make it a decent day .

The elevators were so slow and some not working, so we had to take the stairs from the 14th floor to 2nd floor (1414 & 1415) . I had two rooms reserved, one in which my mother and father were staying. They are in the 80's and we had to carry luggage down the 14 flights of stairs in order to check out. When my brother-in-law who was staying in another room (2011) heard about what happened, the complained about this to the front desk and the hotel staff told him that my parents' room would be reduced by 50%. My brother-in-law did not know that my parents' room (1414) were prepaid by me and it is likely that the hotel staff just said that to appease my brother-in-law.

They nickel and dime you as much as possible. We had to pay for WiFi, breakfast was not included (both of which I clicked on as options needed prior to booking on orbitz). Parking is outrageous. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or using orbitz to book anything.

We enjoyed our entire stay, the room was clean and ready when we arrived. Speedy check-in service, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the fridge and microwave to reheat left overs. The pool was great and had an amazing view of the entire city and lake. I suggest stocking up the pool area with additional towels in the evening! Overall we had an amazing stay!

I liked the location and staff. However, the pool was not heated. It was freezing cold and the indoor heated pool was the reason we booked here. My daughter was extremely disappointed.

The location is not that good. There is no sign for the hotel so it is really hard to find. Parking is very expensive. The elevator wasn’t working properly. Walls are too thin and you can hear a full conversation from the room next door. Pretty pricey for the condition of the hotel. Good customer service though.

The room and staff we beyond amazing....we were treated with the most respect!

Liked the place and the restaurant had grest food. Everyone was very nice there

The location is good. The room is big and excelent view. But dont have internet free, and dont have parking.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Chicago. Right next door to the Water Towers Mall and several other stores down the Magnificent Mile. Reasonably priced, clean, and the staff were excellent and timely with room service deliveries. Will definitely stay again.
