Spent hundreds of dollars for a weekend stay. Used condom in bed, black hair all over bathroom, leftover food in fridge, my husband had to keep fixing the toilet so it would flush and fill with water. I've contacted the hotel and Orbitz. For our anniversary trip, was disappointing.

Unless your into blaring techno music don't stay here. We didn't get to sleep until 3am because of the club across the street that we where my told about when we upgraded our room to the "see fountain square " side. You would think that the check-in person would have included that little bit of info... On a plus side the beds are comfortable, the room was clean and you have Starbicks coffee in the morning.

Excellent close to all amenities. Friendly staff.

Excellent hotel in walking distance to the lake, Magnificent Mile shopping and endless dining choices. We paid $42 for overnight parking close by...next time I would use valet for sure. Would be worth the extra for piece of mind and convenience.

Good solid hotel. Great location with a nice accommodating staff

We were treated like Royalty and enjoyed every last minute of our state. The management made sure we had every amenity the hotel has to offer and my granddaughters wanted to stay forever. Truly a wonderful stay! Thank you for helping us make memories!

Room had refrigerator problems. Shower also had a small problems. Both problems were fixed in a timely manner

The location was great. For a downtown location the price was pretty good. I'm always amazed that hi end properties have the nerve to charge for wifi.

Me and my boyfriend decided to stay here for my birthday weekend. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect after reading some reviews. But I enjoyed every moment of my stay, the service at the front desk was excellent, room service was excellent our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and walking distance from all the stores & restaurants. They have a nice restaurant & bar on site. They have A nice workout room and pool the only con is I wish they had a hot tub. But overall I enjoyed my stay everything was perfect and I will be back this summer.

Perfect location, clean rooms, excellent service and value. Will stay here again!

The hotel was very well kept and had nice housekeeping. The front desk was mostly nice except for 1 lady who was very unfriendly. I was there for a nurse practitioner review class for 3 days and on checkout day was told by this specific young lady at the front desk I would have to be out of my room by 12 even though the class didn't end until 30 mins later. I thought all the money I spent to come here and you can't hold the room for me to get out of a class hosted at your hotel. Wow completely blown away. Otherwise good experience.

My friends and I stayed here (3 adults) while attending Chicago's Comic Con / WizardWorld over a weekend. Previously we looked at other options but decided on the Hilton because it was one of the few (if only) hotels that could accommodate 3 adults in one room (it had 2 beds and a sofa bed). It's right next to the Hancock tower, which has an amazing view (can go to the Lounge on the 96th floor or to the observatory; Lounge was free admission but the drink prices are above average while the observatory was $16 or so after a discount). Also within walking distance is the Navy Pier. The staff was nice, we had no complaints there and generally no issues with the hotel overall, although it would've been nice to have a lake view (our view was city facing, which was still good). Overall, it was a good stay: it met our requirements, was fairly comfortable, and we had no major issues. The only few minor grips we had was that one of the beds was facing the air conditioner, which meant cold air would be blowing on your face while you slept; however, we lowered the fan and raised the temperature, so that helped. Also, the TV didn't face all 3 beds, but that's super minor given that we didn't watch TV for very long (you shouldn't when on vacation)

Just park your car, and walk to everything. It was ideal for our weekend in the city.

Great location. We were on the end of Millennium Mile, 2 blocks from the beach and right near a great area for our 20 year old kids to go out at night. Hotel was busy but we didn't hear anything. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. Walking distance to almost everything. Would stay here again.

When I got to the hotel, they informed me that their computers were down. I had to wait several hours until I could check in to my room. It would have been nice if they at least offered me a water.

VERY FRIENDLY. ROOM WAS GREAT. LOCATION WAS GREAT. DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Shower is small and not a lot of pressure, fridge was not cold room smelled of chlorine and valet parking was horrible changed radio station, mirrors, seat was layed way back and was over priced at $64. Park at garage around the corner

very comfortable and convenient. only help I needed was more convenient and less expensive parking.

Good Location and great priced. Info sheet for dining at front desk was a great help

The location was the only highlight! The staff was not very welcoming; The bellhops were the only friendly people in the hotel. The corner room we were assigned had glass on floor (I am thinking about writing corporate about this because my son spent the night crying as a result of pain from having stepped on the glass). The mini fridge in wet bar also hummed louder than my husband's snoring if were able to sleep were it not for the noise; The only response from hotel was that the concierge wanted to send someone up in the "middle of the night". When we left the valet had our window down in the frigid Chicago cold,it got stuck, and wouldn't roll up - we drove home in the cold. Overall, if you are there for the shopping this hotel offers a good location - but if you want to rest, choose another hotel!
