Ruined our son’s “B-Day” trip had to check out a day early do to “Mold” in shower. They refused to give me my $220 back because I checked out early!! But the “Mold” was causing me “ migraine headaches” was cool when we was out then when we returned the headaches came back!

Great hotel. Staff was incredible. When the clasp on my wife's dress broke just an hour before our event, they had an emergency sewing kit for us to use. Valet staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was great. The bed was wonderful. This will be my go to hotel in Chicago moving forward.

Excellent hotel. Clean spacious rooms, some noise from next door (which the management addressed) Was disappointed by the pool being closed and the scaffolding at the front of the hotel which made getting into the lobby a bit difficult. Overall great location, walkable, safe, lots of shopping and restaurant choices.
