This UPSCALE/NEWLY FURNISHED 6 bed and 5 bath building is a perfect oasis for your group! We are steps away from the heart of Old Town. Popular areas like Michigan Ave, Gold Coast, River North are just blocks away. We have two units in the building and both are yours! The top unit kitchen is newly finished with high end appliances and both kitchens are fully stocked for your cooking needs. You can also visit the many award winning restaurants nearby. You can't beat the central location!

My place is great for multiple families, business travelers, large groups, or couples! This single family home is situated on a residential street with planty of free (permits provided) street parking for your convenience. With
comfortable and stylish furnishings I want you to feel this is your home away from home!

Other things to note:
Our home is meant for people that are traveling for
business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house. We do require all of our inquiries contact us with details about their trip
as want to insure the people renting are renting it for the right reasons.

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was wonderful—super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The home matched the description, though it would be helpful if the listing clarified that there are 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms (instead of 5 full baths). The layout worked perfectly for our group of 12, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out while still feeling connected. Cozy, comfortable, and a great spot for making memories—we’d happily stay here again!

Beautiful townhome in a decent neighborhood

The neighborhood was just ok. Not a place i wanted to walk around at night alone. Overall though, the place was great!!!! We rented both and it was the perfect amoint of space for the whole family! Has a garage but was too small for both of our cars. Parking passes were nowhere to be found. Host responded quickly at first but after awhile there was no response at all. Found another place to park. Had a great stay overall, thoigh. after
