I asked the cleaner to clean the room when I left in the morning and when I returned at night I was surprised that the room was not clean. I went to the reception and told them, but they did not care about that and were satisfied with saying, “We will send one of the workers to take the garbage bags.” The other thing is that when I arrived home today, I was surprised that an amount of $64.90 was withdrawn from my card with which I booked the rooms. What is the reason for withdrawing this amount and the security deposit of $200? They did not return it.My hotel card is good, but the service of the staff is not good and they withdraw amounts from the customers’ cards without any explanation. Therefore, I ask you at Xpedia to return my money stolen by the hotel management. Thank you at Xpedia for your smooth dealings and sophistication.

It's a lovely boutique property, with spacious hip/modern designed rooms, and gorgeous views of the harbor and the city. This is our first time staying here and we will absolutely be back!
