The room was very clean and the location can't be beat. Central to many site-seeing places for Chicago and the park across the street is gorgeous.

The staff are amazing. So kind and accommodating. I had gotten separated from my 14 year old son and was worried when I couldn’t reach him (his phone had died). I called the front desk and asked them if they could keep an eye out for him in case he returned to the hotel. Fifteen minutes later, they had him calling me from their front desk. They went above and beyond!

Staff was great. But Larry went behind he was very helpful,friendly.and always smiled. He provide us with what we needed. just went out of his way for us He was the best part of our stay. The rooms were very clean,nice and comfortable.Beds were comfortable as well. The only negative thing was that we did not get any housekeeping. And parking. We felt the parking was just a little to far. But all in all great hotel.

It was directly across from Grant park which was great! The staff was pretty laid back he helped. Parking was 50 dollars for that day. I had to download an app on my phone to pay for parking. Dark garage, down the street from the hotel.. I didn't feel safe.
