Perfect location. Expensive but I thought it would be worth it. My aunt and her family flew in from NY for her 60th birthday. Her ONLY request was a hotel with a pool. I specifically picked this place because of the pool. When they showed up, it was unavailable. It was about 50% more expensive just for this place - places without a pool were much cheaper in the same area-ish. I called Orbitz and asked to switch hotels - they instead gave us a room upgrade and access to a pool at an alternate hotel which they said was a 5 min walk. There was a horrible snowstorm that weekend and the walk was 20 plus minutes even whiteout snow. Extremely upset that the pool closure was not listed and that Orbitz did not just completely place us in an alternate hotel.

Nice location. Check in took forever as they only had one staff member at the desk.

Great location at the south end of the Magnificent Mile. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly.

The pool room was amazing. We loved the beverage service pool-side.

The room was very small . I have never stayed in a hotel with rooms that small. I don’t recommend this hotel if your looking for comfort .

Staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Too many hidden fees. I was charged for items in the fridge because of a broken sensor. No apology just an attitude. The rooms are very small with dirty carpets. Heating and cooling system is old and air vents have pounds of dust and dirt. The location is good but plenty of other hotels on the street to stay at.

I love the gorgeous pool, and the hotel's location is really convenient to shopping, Navy Pier and other attractions. The staff were really nice, too, but the housekeeping could be a little better and if you stay on a weekend, it may sound like you're sleeping above a night club - the music from weddings and other events in the ballroom is really loud. Overall, the hotel was a good value for the location, service and pool.

Depending on what room you stay in, and way you get there, the hotel is starting to have a more tired feel. The check-in staff were clueless about getting to our room on 39th floor. we had been told 3 different ways to get there by different people, and which required several elevators and visits back to the check-in desk. only after a concierge helped us were we able to figure it out. Extremely frustrating! Staff should know how to get to rooms.

I derive all the way from Michigan for starters. No one told me about agrressive parking rates. Had to park at random garage a mile away because it was cheaper had I known. My main problem is that I checked out 12/9 and still haven’t received my money back from the deposit. Room service food was burnt and nasty and there’s an automatic tip and deliver fee

Nice hotel on Magnificent mile . Great location to celebrate the holidays !!

I spent time here and im so like this hotel alot ! Its stay on michigan ave walking !

Check-in was quick and easy. Upon entering the room I looked up at the HVAC vent just inside the room and noticed a major build up of dust. Bathroom was wiped down but not clean. Pool area ceiling is in need of repair. The screwed shut portion of the window in the room leaked air and traffic noise. Overall not a great experience.

We booked this room and needed to cancel 10 minutes later. We were told we could not cancel. This was a big disappointment on our 25th wedding anniversary weekend for two couples sharing a room.
