We were disappointed with this hotel. We paid for a slightly larger room (premium room, city view) to get more space. I don’t know if the pictures are misleading or if we got the wrong room, but it was not as big as we expected, and there is less seating than in the picture. The room was otherwise average. Not the quality I expected. Once inside the room, it could have been any average hotel. The “city” view was of one building that blocked everything else. At check in they asked if we wanted daily housekeeping. We have kids and don’t always have time to clean up so housekeeping can work, so we hesitated. Then they said we could request it on the days we want it. So we elected to do that. We asked for extra towels (4 people, one room!) but they did not arrive. 2 days in, we requested housekeeping and were told if we don’t ask a day in advance, they won’t send anyone. I explained what we were told and asked if they could help. They said no - they wouldn’t do anything other than offer us extra towels. No towels were sent up. Two bath towels for a 4 ppl on a 5 day stay! And they didn’t send housekeeping the next day either! I will say the breakfast that was included in our package was good. The food was ok, not spectacular, but we liked that there were plated options and a buffet. The doormen were great. Nice to my kids and helpful with taxis and luggage. Wouldn’t stay here again. Could get the same quality service and a bigger room for less money.

I have not stayed at this property for 15 years and will NEVER stay again. I'm not sure if they changed ownership but to say the property has gone downhill is an understatement. The rooms were dingy, carpets stained, windows need to be replaced due to moisture damage, mini bar empty, no room service and the flower display in the lobby was dying. The only thing positive about this hotel is the location. However, there are plenty of other hotels in the vicinity that offer a superior product. This is probably one of the worst hotel stays (for the price) I have ever experienced. Stay away.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The 2 front desk people i dealt with very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

There’s nothing to like. Will not visit this property again . Bad experience.

The staff was completely unhelpful. They kept repeating the phrase, "It's policy" when we tried to amend our stay. They also let dogs stay in the rooms and they were barking ALL NIGHT.

I called multiple times and asked that my husband be added to the reservation sobhe can check in on my behalf , i called same day and yet my husband was not able to checkin statung thta his name is not on reservstion.

Poor customer service hiding under the phrase, “it’s policy.”

Elizabeth, Unfortunately emergency repairs were required to the Hotel's Water Distribution system which we would have been pleased to share in advance, however the issue with our system was communicated to our guests once we became aware. With regards to the scheduled annual window cleaning, you should have been notified accordingly at the time of registration. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience further should you wish.
