We highly enjoyed our stay the location was perfect easy to walk around the city lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Staff were friendly. The hotel was clean! I would recommend this hotel to others!!

Excellent service and great valet parking, esp with the EV charging option. Beautiful classic hotel and the the classic 1920s pool is breathtaking. Maybe it was the wild weather fluctuating from cold to warm as back again and being an older building, but the room air felt too warm and stuffy, so we had to to put the temperature way down. But overall, great hotel in a prime downtown location, close to everything.

The customer service here is non-existent. My husband had to come home early because our dog had a terrible emergency. I called to get a refund for 1 day and a very nice person answered the phone. I spoke to her and said that she would speak to expedia and approve the refund. Well, when expedia called, they denied the refund. The entire time, I was defending the intercontinental and saying they said yes when I spoke to them. Well, it turns out that they lied to me. Made me waste my time emails back and forth several calls to expedia. They lied about the employee who I spoke to me and refused a refund. If they had denied it, when I spoke to them, I would have said fine no worries." But the fact that they didn't honor their word and made me feel like a liar. That is not ok.

Wonderful Place!

The service from the moment we stepped out of the car until after we checked-out was exceptional. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional, accommodated every request we made. The pool was the most beautiful pool and pool room I have seen anywhere!
