We loved it for a couples getaway it was beautiful view the 25 floor so romantic

convenient location staff great breakfast host wonderful although hot tub was out of order during all star weekend which was a bummer..over all i recommend this hotel

The best part of the property is the lobby area. Very home-like with lots of great seating, a fireplace, and games to play. The beds in the rooms are very very comfortable. The two negatives are a sort of gross hot tub that had literal scum all along the sides and in the water (green floating scum), and that I was charged $25 if I wanted to check in early. We arrived at noon and I have a toddler that needed to nap. They told me our room was definitely already available but that if I wanted it I would need to pay $25. It’s the first time I’ve ever been charged a fee for an early check in with a room already ready. Sort of puts a damper on the feeling about the hotel right from check in. It didn’t matter that I was a Marriott member or an Orbitz platinum member.

Good location. The room had a kitchen and a comfortable bed and couch. The elevators were fast and check-in was fast and easy We will stay here again. Parking should be discounted.

Everyone was very friendly and anytime we needed something the staff was on top of it.

Thank you for your feedback! We apologize about the situation you were put in but the associate was correct with the early check in fee. The only one exempt from the fee are our Elite Marriott members. We apologize about this and hope you were still able to enjoy your stay!
