Very nice room, location, and service. It would have been nice to have complementary bottled water in the room (they did have it for a charge in the mini-bar). Our room looked at another building, so no real view, but the luxury off the room made up for it.

Beautiful hotel, state of the art technology in the room!! Many connections and hooks ups, a tablet controls lighting, room temperature, privacy preference, etc. wonderful tub with tv, separate shower and private toilet area. The lobby and amenities are top of line! We are repeat customers and it’s one of our favorite places to stay! We can’t wait to go back!!

Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Concierge not only worked magic but kept us informed of reservations. Room was not only beautiful but cleaning staff thoughtfully provided things they thought we might need, e.g. a bookmark for a book, plenty of water. Location and views spectacular. Really could not be more impressed and would return in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the Peninsula, especially a location so close to Michigan Avenue. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very comfortable. The Chinese restaurant was fantastic! Terrific wait staff everywhere.

Great location, walkable to shops and restaurants

We had a wonderful stay at the Peninsula. The only issue was that upon our check out, We found out that breakfast was complementary to Orbitz customers. We should've been informed about this when we checked in.

Fabulous hotel close to everything. Spacious room. We loved it!

I wish the decor was a bit more minimalist, less over the top. Other than that everything was excellent except for the cappuccino I asked in the room. Expresso and cappuccinos need to be done by baristas who know how to operate the machine. It was foamy and bitter. But the person who came to clean it up was very kind and realizing I could not drink it brought me a second one. It was drinkable.

The Peninsula is an upscale hotel with stellar service. The room surpassed our expectations. Elegant and classy! We had room service for breakfast, was terrific. Highly recommend the Peninsula!

Our second stay at the Peninsula was as good as the first - in a word, terrific

When staying at a Peninsula Hotel, especially the one in Chicago, you can expect perfection. Efficient, helpful staff. Convenient location, comfortable rooms and top of the line amenities. Why would you stay anywhere else?

The hotel was excellent for a special occasion. Absolutely perfect weekend!

Once again the Peninsula was a fabulous choice for us and our friends to stay. Great location, great service!
