my spa experience was very BLAH, even though I paid for 3 90 minute massages and a mani pedi for my daughter. The suite was very small...very small. The staff weren’t at all friendly or welcoming..I was very put off when we went to have a drink in the area across from the receptionist..we wanted a drink and waited close to 20 minutes AFTER we ordered. Overall...not accommodating, and NOT AT ALL helpful...don’t worry..won’t be back and definitely won’t EVER recommend...back to the Four Season for us!!!!!

The pool was not open and someone told us it was we came to relax by the pool

What's not to like, one of the best hotels in the world.

Truly special in the level of elegance and service while not being stuffy.

Outstanding food and beautiful spa, so peaceful and relaxing

Service is wonderful! A small birthday cake to celebrate my wife's birthday. Before purchasing museum tickets through them, check to see if you can get them yourself on-line. We bought through them and the cost was $14.00 more/ticket.

Taylor at the front desk was Amazing as always. Will be back soon !!!

Excellent customer service, luxurious room accommodations.

Very nice room, location, and service. It would have been nice to have complementary bottled water in the room (they did have it for a charge in the mini-bar). Our room looked at another building, so no real view, but the luxury off the room made up for it.

Beautiful hotel, state of the art technology in the room!! Many connections and hooks ups, a tablet controls lighting, room temperature, privacy preference, etc. wonderful tub with tv, separate shower and private toilet area. The lobby and amenities are top of line! We are repeat customers and it’s one of our favorite places to stay! We can’t wait to go back!!

Fantastic Hotel! Rooms are great, and love the automation of AV and lighting. Turndown service without request.
