We have stayed at many Dreams properties, and this one is nice with the lazy river and newer facility. Food was good. At times, certain areas seemed to be a bit understaffed. Only one bartender working the pool bar, entertainment staff didn’t invite us to activities, only one bellboy when multiples needed, and the activity and restaurant options were sometimes limited or didn’t match what was published on the app. We still had a great time and the staff that was working was pleasant and hard working. The seaweed on the beach was unfortunate, but staff worked hard to keep it clean. The 4th of July party was great! Not sure it was worth the larger price tag compared with other dreams resort.

There was multiple incidents where employees were rude to me To begin w at check in I was never informed all bookin for restaurants were through app By the time I found out about App Which I had to go to very disrespectful employees Any time I needed help or asked for anything I got attitude as if I was bothering them. couldn’t book any restaurants I stayed a total of 4 nights 5 days And I was only able to eat at one restaurant which was the very last night and that’s because I had already talked to one of the managers on site and he made it happen But for a resort to offer restaurants and no availability that’s absolutely not okay. There were other incidents where in the buffet ( which was the most continent way to feed my kids ( only way to feed) The cooks/ employees were so rude There was an incident where I asked one of the cooks for a personalized pizza ( pepperoni) for my son and they told me NO That whatever was on the line was what was available ( keep in mind she was prepping dough to make pizzas) Just not for my son I am a single mom traveling w my kids who paid a little extra to give my son and daughter a memorable vacation but for me to have to tell them this is the only thing you can eat or not to be able to offer different foods or what they like was very disappointing. I spent most of my time and feeding my kids in the room to avoid anyone being rude to us. I’m very disappointed in how things played out for the amount of money I spent

When I arrived to check in attended by the concierge Angel. the service was horrible, he works without any passion and care. seems sad he just doesn’t like the work he does. Upgraded my room $600 for a jacuzzi that did not work ( broken ) I was claiming to be solved the problem on the first day, until my departure nothing had happened nor was reimbursed, so paid more for the jacuzzi ( what jacuzzi ?? ) The food needs to improve. I forgot in the safe 2 iPod and $70 dollars. I called to try to solve, they hung up the phone in my face. The staff of the restaurants, pool and daycare are amazing, thanks to all of them.

Beautiful location close to Cancun airport, Dining options were much better at this resort the food quality was better. Staff very friendly. Omar at the pool bar was very helpful and attentive. lifeguards take precautions when manning the slides. Excellent vacation

The spa was amazing. Resort was great, food was overall really good especially at the Hibachi restaurant. Beach had a lot of seaweed. The hotel did a good job removing but location made it vulnerable and not the crystal blue beach you find in other areas. However, kids loved the slides, pools, and entertainment. Definitely a great resort for younger kids. Harder for preteens and teens to fit in with kids club and activities

We felt very well taken care of. The pools and the slides were great. The kids loved the room service and the suite that we stayed in. The only compaint would be lack of food options for lunch, and a couple of the dinner options did not live up to our expectations. The Habachi Grill is highly recommended if you like sushi.

We had a wonderful time but there are some notes that could help other travelers: Highlights 1. Spa is beautiful, one of the nicest we've seen. 2. Really enjoyed the pool, lazy river and waterslides. Kids were entered for hours and the lazy river was their favourite. Not so great. The food was ok but the service was either ok or bad at certain restaurants. The beach bar was the best food surprising followed by the Japanese. The steakhouse was disappointing. The beach was ok. Seaweeds and cocrodiles made the water usable for us but the pool made up for it. We did go in but didn't spend a lot of time here. Overall, amazing vacation.

The property was great. The only downside is being able to do anything in town or off the property.

Dreams was beautiful in location and building. staff were very friendly. Great to have so many options for kids. Misleading that there is an adult pool but you have to be a preferred member to use it. And there were no blow dryers in the room but stated there was.
