Overall it was great but the phone by the bed didn't work so I called for more towels on my cell phone. They ignored the first request but responded to the second. Housekeeping staff were extremely nice and helpful. Thanks!

Very accomodating staff! Excellent hotel and lication. We stayed on lounge level and were treated like royalty! Would visit again!

The staff were awesome from the time we got there till we left, however the room was very dated and the fridge didn't work. They even wanted to charge us an extra $30 a day to have it plugged in. It was pretty good to walk to restaurants and downtown. Took us about 10-15 minutes. The gold floor was a little disappointing compared to some of the other fairmonts we've stayed at, as the service was not great, they expected a tip (and weren't shy to tell you) for clearing your plate, as well you had to pay for drinks. Katie was great though with helping us figure out the city and get sorted.

It was an ok experience, considering the price. My shower drain would back up. These things need to be working if I'm paying top $ for a room.

Excellent location, very friendly staff who delivered stellar customer service. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Great food. Good value for price. Convenient for small to medium size conference with large hall, foyer and multiple smaller rooms for breakout sessions.

Overall it's a nice hotel, historical and close to millennium Park. However, it is a bit dated and it doesn't offer many amenities for the price

we reserved 2 rooms and they were nice enough to get us joining rooms and to top it off we got great views of the water,when i reserved it was city views.they brought up a crib for the baby and my daughter ended up getting a huge corner room.the rooms were good size and the location was excellent.2 blocks to michigan ave. if you have kids 1 block to the huge playground at millennium park plus open air concerts.short walk to navy pier and 1 block where you get the boat rides.

It was a great hotel, we used everything in the room

The restaurant was dirty and service was sub-par. I literally returned no less than 20 plates due to lack of cleanliness, I had to walk out as I was afraid to eat in the restaurant. Hotel room is nice. I would recommend the hotel but not the restaurant.

I met my expectations however, we could hear a party next door all night long for two nights. We complained and nothing happened !

Nice Location, but a bit confusing because of different levels of streets in the area. Otherwise, great stay!

Everything was great. Fyi.. there's no vending machine so we has to go down the street for snacks.

We had a corner room and loved the view of the city.

i thought parking was too expensive at $70 a day.
