It was everything that we expected from the description. The staff that we encountered were very helpful. The kitched had everything we needed. It was nice to have the washer/dryer. The mattress and bedding were very nice. It would have been nice to have a bathroom exhaust fan. The hvac unit made a very loud clunk each time it switched on, which caused us to awaken a couple times.
The view from our balcony. Too bad the Trump hotel had to be in it, though.

Great location two blocks from the Magnificent Mile and close to many shops and restaurants. Building itself is very safe and has nice amenities like a gym. Check in and check out were easy and the communication was great via text messages. Comfortable for a family of four although given location on 11th floor with a nice balcony might not be the best bet for families with toddlers.

This place is a dump. I dont know why Expedia has it at such a high rating. The hotel is in some sort of college dorm business and your only recourse is to work with their chat service. The place is infested with pests to such a degree we could only stomach one night here. We had to fight with customer service for hours via chat for them to do anything and what we could muscle from them, they acted like they were doing us a favor. Do not choose to stay at this property.

Everything about this stay was great except for directions to find it. It’s not labeled Kasa anywhere on the outside of the building and it took us a bit to figure out where it was.

Clean room. The apt needs painting. Good kitchen and fridge. Our toilet handle broke and the blinds also broke. Called the front desk and both problems were repaired that same day. The maintenance team was excellent.. The front desk staff was friendly , polite and professional.
