The room was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen area had everything I needed- dishes, pots, dishwashing liquid, sponge, even a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable and the room layout and furnishings were nice. The hotel is by the airport with a free airport shuttle, but the hotel was always quiet. I never heard a plane. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

mostly the room was fine, bedding and towels were clean. however, the rest of the room was questionable. several body hair and PUBES all over the bathroom, on the toilet, counter, surfaces, shower walls, etc. the microwave was FILTHY, with dried food bits everywhere. even found a cut toenail on the bedroom counter.

The room was wonderful and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the shuttle service was incredibly helpful and convenient, I'm still waiting for my deposit back but otherwise I had a wonderful time, and I'm sure that's just taking a bit of time to go through

I have stayed at this hotel for many years. This time the room was not as it has been in the past-sink was clogged in bathroom-microwave did not work and the two little coffee packages were given for a large pot. No styrofoam cups in room for coffee. Staff was nice as always and room was clean

The front desk person in the morning was so unfriendly, we had a guest visiting in the lobby for 5 mins and they wouldn’t let us sit in the lobby and wanted to move to a chair that’s out there in the cold. We had asked for extension for checkout and she wouldn’t clearly cite the price and wanted us to ask hour by hour increase rate instead of explaining. There is no clear policy, the machines were broken in the deli and overall a bad experience
