1. There are two Sonesta hotels at O'Hare, of nearly the same full name. The result: cab drivers may bring you to the wrong one. 2. The hotel shuttle did not arrive for 50 minutes. 3. The bed mattress was very soft, too soft for a good sleep.

You need to put the deposit part on the main page. And not in with the taxes and fees cause some people will not look at that. I think you need to put it in the description that their is a $150 deposit due at check in so people can prepare for that!
