Clean place to stay. Great breakfast!

Staff terrible. Had to switch room 3 times. Was told tv leaning against wall unplugged on dresser was not their problem.. No toilet paper holders just a half roll on sink top. No hot breakfast as advertised. All around nightmare experience

Electric problems in room. Two remotes for tv. Loose toilet stool.

Rooms were not clean, hair and fruit flies in the bathroom. No phones in the room to call about the partying going on all night. View out the window is where they store their trash/old items from hotel. Convenience store didn’t even have water. Juice machines at breakfast not working at all and that was the only thing I would attempt to eat or drink from the free breakfast there with how clean it was

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and well decorated, pool and hottub were delightful. We had a good stay, would stay again.

The price was relatively low, so maybe that should have been an indication on how the condition of the hotel was, but I had stayed at other Country Inn and Suites before in other cities and this by far was the worst experience. The hallways were dirty. It looked like they were in the middle of a renovation and there were construction trash everywhere. The carpets didn't look like they were vaccumed at all. Our room looked like it was already renovated, but the job done was so sloppy. There were pain droppings on the floor everywhere. The painted walls had clearly missing spots. The new bath sink installed in a location that was making the faucet very hard to turn before it runs in to the mirror. Just overall looked more like a Motel 6 than an Inn. I won't recommend this place to anyone and won't stay here again.

After a long day of driving, we arrived at this hotel, only to be notified of a leaky pipe in the bathroom ceiling. The receptionist gave us two options: either you accept it or we refund you. No apologies at all. Had this hotel notified us of the issue a couple hours ago, we would have had the flexibility booking a room at another hotel.

Noisy people, dirty hallways and bathrooms, and floors. Hair dryer did not work. No plastic bags for an ice bucket. Limited personal care products. Very poor breakfast options.

Disappointed

Unkempt. Not maintained. Worst Country Inn & Suites I have ever stayed at.

The hotel its ok but staff needs to update customers service. Breakfast are is not much options, some rooms doesn't have coffe makers, or iron or towels or refrigerator doesn't work. I think someone must to check it before next guest reserve the room.

The place was not clean there was garbage overflowing as soon as you walked in the front doors. And in the hallways on the 3rd floor. A lot of garbage just laying around. Jacuzzi tub was out of order. Staff was not around much!

They are upgrading the property ! Good value for the money !
