Everything was terribly dirty. The elevator, room, bathroom, walls.. all need a good cleaning. There were large tears and stains on all the furniture. The breakfast was muffins, bagels and fruit. No juice, no hot food. The free shuttle to the airport was scary. We could see the spedomoter and he was doing 70 in a 35 weaving around people. Driver seemed angry. The only good thing about this hotel is the hotel staff are very friendly.

The hotel was not as nice as the photos. There was an issue with the doors in the lobby closing properly so it was very cold downstairs. The hotel is on the same lot as a holiday inn, and there is such inadequate parking space. People had no choice but to park along the curbs and in the loading and unloading areas, and there were several people blocking the fire lane. There were kids screaming and running through the halls early morning, interrupting our sleep. The bed was so hard, definitely one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, it woke me up and had me tossing and turning in pain all night. The bathroom sink randomly stopped draining in the morning, and the wall behind the door was pretty torn up (I’m assuming from the door handle). It was especially unfortunate because we specifically stayed here because of a precious wonderful experience at another country in by raddison nearby, but I see there is some inconsistency with the chain. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, that’s the only silver lining I could think of. We would never return to this hotel. I also got a bug bite in the middle of the night- I don’t think it was a bed bug- but still thumbs down for that.

Everyone was very sweet. I came in with my two kids, younger then ten, and my husband. I left my card in the car so I had to leave for a second. My husband as we were walking to the room went on to tell me how the nice man at the check in desk saw the kids staring at the pool and asked my husband if we would enjoy a room close to it. It was a small thing but my kids got even more pumped that we were so close to pool, only two doors down. We will definitely be going back just because of the kindness of the man at the desk.

Room is falling apart. Phone did not work. Staff were horrible. Did not provide extra towels. When I asked for them I was told “they will be coming”. Never came. Hot Tub water was green. Room needs serious work as well.

The staff was very nice. Some things that threw me off was having to pay $25 to check in early never have had to do that. Also the bath tub was chipping. Carpet looked dirty in the hall way and bedroom.
