The hotel had bugs crawling in the rooms. There was a bug in the fridge in the room. Staff were rude and disrespectful. A staff member even attempted entering my room while I was getting out of the shower. Never staying here again

As someone familiar with Hilton quality, I didn't fully enjoy a four-star experience. I recommend addressing issues like replacing the silicone sealant, painting or replacing the swollen bathroom door, cleaning the carpet stains, addressing the ant problem, replacing old furniture, and upgrading to a newer TV. Other than that, I had a quiet and safe night.
