Very clean & friendly. Rooms were very spacious. Wished there was an enclosed access to the pool and spa. You have to go outside and walk a bit to get there. Not good when it's raining, snowing or icy out.

Cracked mirror & the refrigerator was very wake seems like it was on three legs

Awesome just the staff needs to be more encouraging

This early christmas feeling of home , perfect family get away

I had high expectations but the whole stay was mediocre. The check in process was blah. Over worked younger guy going through the motions. Didn’t ask if it was my first time staying at the property (it was), no helpful notes. Didn’t know when breakfast was served. No details other than my room number. The room was spacious and clean. The layout of the property is super confusing, not family friendly at all. Pool is in a separate building. You have to walk outside to get to it, again not kid/family friendly. They have a little market store that’s supposed to be open until 10pm but when I went down there at 7:45 to grab some sodas the guy said they were closed...? It seemed like the guy was bored and just wanted to leave for the night. In conclusion this “resort and spa” is a ways off from being a 4 star property.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating to us. The facility is dated, particularly the rooms, but the amenities are nice. We enjoyed the pool and bowling alley. The breakfast was phenomenal.

A nice place to relax for a couple of days. Staff was very friendly and professional.

The pool/spa is not attached to the hotel not a big deal also there is a bowling alley in the same building as the pool/spa.

Nice grounds but the room had moldy shower tiles, cold air blowing even with heater up.

Room seemed old and confusing to get to. Overall great value though.

I guess the big quarrel is they really didn't explain the changes until we arrived. We bought a spa credit to save some money but at no time when I scheduled a informed them of the credit I purchased did they explain that my treatment my wife and I scheduled was another $150. Just saying at many occasions during our 3 night stay staff didn't understand or didn't explain things we and witnessed other guests that their staff should be able to explain without problem.

Staff is excellent. Resort is an older very well kept “gem.” . Good quick get-away. Nice size rooms overlooking the golf course; nothing fancy but it works. Room service only offers pre cooked (packaged) foods, but there are several restaurants in the surrounding area. Price point is accurate.
