Great but check the furniture..
This place was great. The location is near everything you need--even the airport (O'Hare isn't far away). My only critique is that the lights in our room were iffy and the furniture wasn't as kept as it could have been (i.e. frig needed a defrost). They do serve breakfast--nothing special but enough to start your day. Overall a great stay

Hitel is fine but beware of breakfast food
The rooms were fine. Seemed clean. Though thebhallwaya had a very musty locker room smell. Unfortunately my low rating is because myself and one of the other guests got a really bad case of food poisoning from the hotel's breakfast. You need to review food safety guidelines asap.

Staff was great, room was clean, and so was the hotel itself. Bed could have been more comfortable, and gym was not as good as what the pictures on the site showed. Overall though, the hotel was a good value.
