I had a good experience. Nice clean room with all the needed amenities for the price.

We said here 3 weeks in a row due to a medical crisis. Patrick and his staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It was so nice to come into the hotel each time and greeted by someone with a smile. Awesome breakfast choices and very clean hotel. I will miss everyone!!

We enjoyed the stay. Liked the rooms. Was a lil bummed with the hot breakfast but still a good experience.

Nice room, comfy bed, the vent in the shower was super dusty but otherwise the room was clean

Clean and close to shopping. It had a nice breakfast included.

Great weekend getaway. Very spacious room. The hotel only have 4 floors so that was good we never had to wait on an elevator..

Great hotel outside of Chicago. About a 20 minute drive to the Blue Line "L". Drove to Rosemont station and took the train into the city each day.

Stayed here one night for buisness and found a dead bedbug in my first room. Told the polite gentleman at the front desk and he moved me to another room. I was told to talk to management to the next morning. I woke up with a line of 3 bites on my arm the next morning. When I spoke with the manager that morning she denied that it was a bedbug that I gave them the night before and that those were mosquito bites on my arm. She said that they have never had a bedbug problem in that room. I asked why the boxspring had a bedbug encasement on it and she then informed me that someone previously supposedly had seen bedbugs. It's unfortunate that it appears this establishment is choosing to put on blinders for this problem instead of fixing it.

Walls are "thin" - you hear noise from virtually everywhere We endured "heavy feet" in room above us - which interupted the night's sleep repeatedly.

The only complaint I have is the maid service talking very loudly in the hallway at 8:00am. Not a pleasant way to wake up. Other than that, it was a great stay at a good price. The location is near many restaurants and medieval times. The bar was priced at a good rate.

We like are stay here wish they had a pool thow. Well would came back here.

Rooms: The rooms are ok, but need some maintenance. It needs some paint here and there. But it does have a LCD TV and internet connection. Staff: 1. Housing keeping knocked on door at 8:30 AM on Saturday. And other days Wednesday thru Friday, there was no knocking at all. I left room between 9:30 and 10:00 AM for these mornings. People usually sleep in and get up later on the weekends. 2. Night Manager on the Saturday night (June 8th) / Sunday (June 9th) morning shift. Kick out noisy travelers immediately and not two hours later. I was awaking by arguing couple at 2:15 AM in the hallway. The police came and things seems to quiet down around 3:00 AM. I was about to fall asleep again at 4:00 AM and then the guy of this couple was yelling again. The night manager finally kicked the 4:30 AM. Basically, respect ones who want to sleep and kick out the noisy ones. I only stayed there because my friends were a 1 mile away. Next time, I am going to pick another hotel when I visit my friends again. Never again.

Convenient, reasonable, friendly staff, decent breakfast.

this is a very great place to stay they help you when you need it , very clean an restfull I have been in this hotel twice an every time I go back to this city I will go to stay there

Comfortable hotel with great staff! Very helpful and accomodating

Have loved staying at all W by W hotels and this was no exception. Staff was great, free breakfast was great, beds very comfy. We were even allowed to check in early at 12:00 and got a room upgrade at no additional cost. Free Wifi always appreciated and speed was good. Front desk clerk let us use hotel oven to warm up leftover pizza. Room had microwave and fridge but warming pizza in oven beats microwave. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff was great. Location was perfect for our shopping trip. Beds were not the greatest & breakfast left a little to be desired.

This hotel has an excellent, friendly staff that is eager to please. Close to shopping, dining and interstate.

Pretty Good Hotel. Worth the price ! Great location.

IT IS VERY CONVINIENT TO IDOT CENTER AND SHOPPING MALL.
