Nice and clear hotel

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated and they did a spectacular job. Room is spacious nicely decorated, comfortable beds, two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Breakfast buffet good but not included and not signed well for pricing, etc. Not enough bagel/toast/danish items. Not thr greatest at front desk. Waited for clerk to check in and then waited when i checked out. Luggage carts not easily accessible. Had ro ask for one due to Covid and then it wasnt very clean. Highly recommend hotel. Service upon engrance and exit needs some improvement. Location of hotel is great. Along highway but quiet and close to stores, restaurants etc

Overall good

Bedside light was flickering and going off. No cleaning service even though we left the room early. Passed the housekeeping staff in the hallway & they did not clean our room. Bar staff was rude and did not allow us to bring outside food to the seating booth even if we bought drinks.

Didn’t stay that long but it was decent for the price

The room was clean & nice . Bed was very comfortable. I’ll stay here again. Very affordable prices & close to mall & restaurants.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Location was also excellent... very close to Mall, restaurants and highways.

The property was nice and clean. I understand why the pool and restaurant, bar was closed due to covid-19 everything wasn't opened yet. I had a problem being placed way down the hall from the elevator and the hotel was half empty, i really preferred a closer room, just settled. The ice machine on my floor was not in service and i was told by the front desk to take a elevator to the 8th floor. That was a major inconvenience.

I enjoyed everything, the staff was awesome, it wasn't just 1 person. everyone i met went above and beyond to make my stay just right.

A small fire broke out outside of the hotel in a cigarette ashtray just after midnight Sunday morning. The fire department was called and the staff and fire department went room to room waking everyone up and conducting a wellness check. The commotion, noise and smell from the fire kept us all awake for almost two hours, ruining our opportunity to sleep before my daughters competition the next day. Not to mention the smell lingered in our room and was on our clothing the next day. The hotel offered to reduce our hotel charges; however, upon seeing that we had booked through a third party, indicated there was nothing more they could do for us and that we’d have to bring this to the attention of Orbitz and seek partial reduction in the fees from them. The incident was rather unfortunate; however, the guests who booked directly through the property were accommodated better than we were through a price reduction/refund and room changes.

Their breakfast buffet was very good! We had many options!

The property had a clean and inviting lobby that included a bar, restaurant and limited Starbucks. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the actual rooms were complete opposite. When I arrived to my room, it smelled of fried Asian food. There was a coffee ring on the bathroom sink yet and the television did not work. Dirty room service trays lined the hallway for the 2 days I was there with no staff coming to pick them up.

The room was very nice and the bed was perfect! Couldn’t have been a better stay
