I stayed from Nov 7th- 9th and our room was dirty when we got there to top it off we had no hot water in our bathroom the whole time we stayed and no matter how many times I complained nothing happened. I was given no compensation just a sorry. I had my two small children with me one being autistic so it was a horrible time trying to get them a shower. To top it all off the pool was also disgusting had balls of hair and algae. I was room 210

Room had an odor. Sheets smell like bleach. Curtain was dirty. Old furniture. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Had to request room change as the first room I got was very dirty, secondly out of the three elevators this place has only was working. God knows how they operate a big hotel? There was always a wait and crowded elevators. Was also disappointed with the overall experience although the front office and breakfast staff is nice and try to do their best.

We stayed here for one night. There was no hot water, only one elevator worked and in the morning we discovered our vehicle had been broken into and completely ransacked. When I mentioned this to the front desk they did nothing. I called the manager and have not heard back. Do not stay here!!!! Horrible!!!

Room was ver nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and was very accommodating. Only down fall was that the rooms doesn’t come equipped with Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu or any of that sort but regular cable tv was nice. The Hotel is located near lots or restaurants. Definitely recommend! Will be staying again!!
