First room dirty bathroom Second room thermostat broken, banging noise all night long. Chunk of blonde hair in towels 1 elevator working and there's a convention here all weekend. Using staurs to get to rooms is ridiculous

I wish I had better things to say about this place, but it really feels like they aren't really trying too hard. They have THREE elevators and only ONE was working - waiting for a part no doubt for the other two. Honestly what keeps me coming back is the breakfast guy, the omeletteer on duty every morning at 6 AM waiting to put a piping hot custom made tailored to perfection start to your day in front of you. If everyone there was as dedicated as that guy to guest satisfaction, the place would be amazing.

Overall the stay was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. Unfortunately only 1 of the 3 elevators was working which created some delays but definitely would come back!

Too many dogs barking. So many. At times, it was like living in a kennel. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working. We had to line up to get on. No snacks on Thanksgiving happy hour. Room was dated; but ok. We’ve stayed at this location often. It’s gone downhill so much that we will make another choice next time

The room was good, especially the bathroom and shower. Mattress wasn't the most comfy. We weren't excited about having pets in the building. Management was excellent, always asking if we needed anything.

The staff is great. The entire hotel is nice and clean. The only issues I had was very uncomfortable pillows, shower head/water pressure can be much better and allow guest's to stay at lwast an hour over the check out time.

For a quick overnight trip, it sufficed. I was in 502--The room was a little dated...wall paper peeling, mix matched old chairs, frayed carpet. The bathroom was clean and the shower seemed relatively updated. The refrigerator is NOT a refrigerator just FYI- its a "cooling box" at best and does not get cold enough to safely store food. There is no "lobby coffee or tea" after breakfast so you have to make Starbucks run. The coffee in the room is not..coffee, coffee. The breakfast was really good since you could get a fresh omelet and the coffee was hot. Can't ask for more. What I didn't like is that they record your room number giving you the impression that if you wanted to come back to get fruit or yogurt before they closed, you couldn't. I have been to tons of hotels with breakfast buffets and never encountered that. My check in was a breeze.I walked into a group of kids and I was immediately deflated to be honest. But I either was far from them, or they turned out to be well behaved. I also liked the ability to text the front desk with questions. Overall, good location. Near freeway. Near restaurants (that close kinda early) and near other hotels as well.
