The property needs a major re hab, its old, tired with filthy rugs, dated furniture and lumpy beds. Happy hour is a joke, two beers but its either Coors or Bud light. Only fruit out was very old apples. Time for me to find another place in Naperville

We have stayed here several times. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet is great--especially the omelettes. Highly recommend when visiting Naperville and surrounding area.

Hotel was extremely loud — was having a huge party which I understand but it was over the top. Pool had a huge black stain in the bottom that looked like mold or some type of algae. Whole downstairs smelled like vomit. No parking (had to park in a neighboring hotel lot). Ended up leaving at 11:30pm and came home.

Stayed for family trip in Chicago and a baseball game. Room was clean, little smaller than expected but still decent sized. We had king bed and would say the family of three likely fits better. Food was good. Room was super quiet, very little residual noise could be heard from hall or other rooms.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. My husband slipped and fell in the bathtub because it was so slippery—whatever cleaning product was used left it unsafe and dangerous. The rooms were only semi-clean at best. Inside the light fixtures, there were disturbing red splatters that looked like a crime scene—absolutely disgusting. On top of that, there were random stains on the walls and rugs that made the whole place feel dirty and neglected. The only positive part of the stay was the breakfast—it was actually really good and definitely the best part of the hotel. Unfortunately, that alone does not make up for the overall poor condition of the rooms and safety concerns. For the amount of money we paid, it was absolutely not worth it. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.
