My family and I did not feel safe here. The front desk clerk that checked us in was nice, that was about the only good thing about this place. I booked 2 days only stayed one. My son was getting bitten by something. Told the front desk they did not seem yo care. Do not recommend this place.

So far, I am enjoying my stay at Red Roof Inn plus + in Naperville, IL. The staff are professional and welcoming. The room and surroundings are quiet. Everything we need is right there or a phone call away.

I had a somewhat disappointing experience during my stay at this motel. The receptionist seemed a bit off during check-in, which made the process feel awkward and unwelcoming. Additionally, the room was smaller than I expected for the price I paid. The air conditioning unit was quite old and appeared dirty, which was concerning. Overall, I feel that the quality of the stay did not match the cost, and improvements are needed in both service and maintenance.
