The room was of average quality. There was no pool- I guess I missed that when I booked the room. On our 2nd night the night staff person called our room and threatened to kick us out because someone reported that my sisters were smoking in our room. My sisters were smoking out side and then come in. Our room was 126, right by the door. I spoke with the manager 2 days later and he said he would look into it. I would not recommend this hotel!!!!
Staff was very unfriendly! Rude and rooms were dirty. Bedbugs
My stay was only 2 nights but it felt great to get away! The rooms are a tad bit tiny but who cares when you have space to yourself! Staff are professional and courteous and the manager is very nice! The only downside I would have to say was that the night I stayed there was a large group of individuals that were very loud till around 2 am playing music and ransacking the hallways but I never called the front desk because it was a family gathering and did not want to be the party pooper! Otherwise great place!!!
The hotel room was clean and the environment well maintained and woke up to one of the best hot breakfasts I have ever had, all together had a awesome time
Everything was clean, recently remodeled, comfortable mattresses. Staff helpful for our short stay. Good value for the price. Would recommend.
This was my third trip to the Chicago area and the second time I stayed at this Sleep Inn. It is quiet, clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful in every way. There was some minor renovations taking place but not a single interruption or inconvienence. I have found 'My Place' to stay when visiting the area.
The hotel was close to where we needed to be and the price was right. We didn't need a swimming pool or workout facilities--we needed a place to sleep. It was the right place at the right price.
This time was noisy. The people next Door had kids, pounding and jumping.
We just relaxed, ate dinner and watched TV.
The rooms are nice size. Clean and neat.
the room we had was very nice. my girlfriend had more trouble getting there, but was very happy once she got there.
First, the hotel was considerable more difficult to find than I expected. It is located at the back of a corporate business park in a cluster of other similar hotels, but there are no signs from the street that this is where you should enter. Consequently, we drove past it twice before finding it. Once there, the hotel was clean, with very compact rooms - but everything you would need for a short stay. Beds were fine, bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was above average (fresh waffles, fruit, cereal, juice, etc.). For the price, the place was quite good.
I stayed here for just one night on my way into Chicago. The rooms were a good size and fairly clean. It was a good hotel for this particular trip.
