We stayed here one night in a one bedroom King suite. Room was clean and bed was super comfy. The suite was very large with a full size fridge with freezer, 2 burner stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. It had a good size table with 4 chairs, a desk area and sofa and chair with a separate bed and bath. We used the laundry room on the second floor which was very clean and well maintained. Cost was $1 for a 30 min wash and $1 for a 45 min dryer. Very reasonably priced we felt. Breakfast was good with sausages, eggs, yogurt, bread and bagels, a waffle maker, oatmeal and cereals and juices as well as coffee and tea. We were very pleased.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and site are very clean with newer décor. It is pet friendly with a nice path around the lake to walk the dogs. Breakfast is also good with a wide variety. Would stay again if needed

The TownePlace Suites in Naperville was fantastic! We stayed there for my daughter's birthday, and loved it. The hotel and hotel rooms were so clean and kept up very nicely. The pool and hot tub were great, and well maintained. Lastly, the staff was so nice, especially Tiffany. If you're looking for a nice place to stay around the Naperville/Aurora area with great value, then this is the place. We will definitely be back again!

I stayed in a one bedroom. It was well designed, tastefully furnished and decorated. It had a kitchen well equipped enough to boil and microwave foods (the frying pan was substandard... you could buy a better one for $10 at a convenience store). It had a full size frig and freezer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The heater kept the rooms warm despite the sub-zero temperatures outside. The water pressure was much better than at a typical hotel. The room was very clean. It could have been so lovely. But the building seems to have been made of tissue paper and is right next to a superhighway. It was so unbelievably noisy. I live next to a major street and am used to quite a bit of traffic noise, but this was like lying on a highway and having tractor trailers drive over you. I wish it was not so, as this place would have been perfect otherwize.

The room was large and clean. Location was a little hard to find but worked great. The sofa bed was NOT very comfy, felt like you would fall off or be folded in half. Breakfast had enough good options except the eggs. It would be great if you could get real eggs. Staff was friendly. We did wait about 10 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to check in, but it was 11 at night.

Business trip and needed a hotel close to Customer office and this was both convenient and clean for extra work in-hotel. Service levels acceptable and well maintained property in high-traffic area. Recommend for business and family travellers.

I really like the TownePlace Suites brand. I've had success going to many different locations and when my travels took me to Aurora, I thought this would be the same. I've actually stayed at the Fairfield Inn right across the parking lot from this place and that one is a nice property so this was a gamble. We pulled up and the bricks on the outside looked tired and worn. The front door looked like it had been there forever. So I was quite nervous at this point. I walked in and found not only a very modern, updated lobby area but a very nice staff member who greeted us with a great smile and welcome attitude. The check in process was easy and smooth. Plenty of luggage carts and nice for a property of this size to have two quick moving elevators. We went up to our room and it was modern, clean and extremely spacious. I love the layouts of these places. Full sized fridge, a couple stove top burners, plenty of counter top, sofa, counter seating, nice sized desk and that's just the living area. The bedroom had a nice sized bed, spacious room, closet, good sized bathroom and again clean and modern. The hotel has an indoor pool with hot tub. Also had a good sized workout room. Was not a fan of the two treadmills....the tv display was very snowy and not working very well. But the room had other equipment too plus weights. I know the hotel has a full sized fridge/freezers but usually ice is not made ahead of time. We were on 4th floor and ice machine on 2nd but at least they had an ice machine at all. The hotel provides in your rate, a nice breakfast buffet which included (the morning I ate) sausage, eggs, ham, breads, muffins, yogurt, waffles, cereal, juices, fruit, coffee and more. It was well done and well stocked. I know this property used to be a different hotel at one time but hoping they update the outside because once that happens, this place turns out to be an all round extremely nice property. But again, don't fear coming in this is really a nice place.

We always visit family during the summer and like to stay in the Naperville area so decided to try Toweplace Suites by Marriott. We were not disappointed. Everyone is extremely helpful and always smiling. Tiffany greeted us when we checked in and called us in our room after she had checked on a question that I had; she had the answer and let us know ASAP! Our room was very clean with a separate bathroom which made our 30day stay extra comfortable. Breakfast was included every day and was a bit more than the usual continental served in many hotels. Kristen greeted us each morning with a cheerful hello. Linens are of a great quality and housekeeping always ready to change them out at your request. Most of all the hotel is situated next to the highway and travel to anyplace in the Chicago area is easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The desk staff and manager are so friendly, and I think the housekeeping is terrific. If you don't want to be disturbed, you can get fresh supplies--or a full clean when you need. The breakfast is good, the internet is improved from our last visit, and the laundry is convenient enough. We stay in a 2-bedroom suite which gives us plenty of room with two teenagers.

We stayed here because of its proximity to two trails we came to bike. Our room had a kitchenette but the sink was so tiny as to be useless. The complimentary breakfast showed no imagination. The indoor pool was large enough to swim laps. There was a hot tub. The exercise room had four machines and weights.
