We stayed here because of its proximity to two trails we came to bike. Our room had a kitchenette but the sink was so tiny as to be useless. The complimentary breakfast showed no imagination. The indoor pool was large enough to swim laps. There was a hot tub. The exercise room had four machines and weights.
The rooms are clean and updated. Love the kitchen in the room. The cleaning staff and most of the desk staff are fantastic. The breakfast is good. My only complaint is that even with upgraded internet, it was hitchy and there wasn't tech support. Very comfortable place to stay, though, and located well.
I stayed here for two months while working at Fermilab (which is only 10 minutes away by car) and had a great experience. In Naperville, like in most places in America, you will need a car to do everything - from going to work to shopping for groceries. I shared a 2 king and 1 sofa-bed suite with two roommates and even though initially everything seemed really tiny for 3, we eventually found a way to organise ourselves and settled down very well. The rooms are modern, nicely furnished and kept very clean (daily housekeeping). The kitchen is very well equipped - including a fridge, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and so on. The only thing that is really missing is a pan. My roommates and I tried to keep the kitchen as clean as possible every day but the only couple of times we forgot, the housekeeping staff washed our dishes or emptied the dishwasher for us. The hotel has also 2 washing machines (that take about 30 mins) and two driers (that take about 45 mins) that are very useful, unless there's a queue. There is also plenty of space in the lobby to study or work. Lots of parking lots available. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, is always very friendly, patient and eager to help. There is no restaurant in the hotel but it is easy to have food delivered right into your room. Breakfast is great: it includes bagels, muffins, waffles, eggs, sausages and fruit. My friends and I will definitely be back, hopefully soon!
The staff is very friendly, the rooms can comfortably fit a family of four, and the stay was wonderful. Breakfast is served every day from 6-10 (11 on Sunday), there is a little pool and hot tub, there is a laundry room, and I had no issues with parking. Laundry costs $1 for the washer, $1 for the dryer, and $1 for soap, which can be purchases at the front desk. The machines only accept quarters, but the front desk will exchange your paper for coins. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a long-term stay.
This place is perfect, a true gem, and should not be overlooked! Unlike many "extended stay" or "apartment style" hotels, this place was clean and friendly. When we checked in, the staff was friendly and polite. About 10 minutes into our room, we received a call in the room making sure everything looked ok and was satisfactory. This is unique and shows how much they care about their guests! The room itself was what we expected, two bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen. The beds were top notch and comfortable. Flatscreen TV's in both rooms. There were two A/C units in our room so each room could be set to a comfortable temperature. The kitchen had clean and updated whirlpool appliances. The sink even had a garbage disposal which was nice. Pool and hot tub were large and clean. They allow guests to swim until 11:00pm which is nice. The breakfast was the best part. Waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, fruits, bagels, and more...I truly felt I got as good as breakfast than I would have at the neighborhood Cracker Barrel. If you are in the area even for a night, give this place a chance! Priced lower than most other options and you get so much more!
Spent 5 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very comfortable for 5 of us. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! Kitchen was small and the highway traffic was a bit noisy at times. Staff was wonderful and friendly!
Marriott has great quality hotels. It would be perfect package if the managers are polite and courteous. There were multi instances when I was disappointed in my stay at Naperville hotel. One instance we heard some noise outside our room and when we tried to see from the glass door hole we saw the manager having his ears on the door and signaling the house keeping guys yes they are not in. This looks very uncomfortable Another occasion the manager mentioned pls keep your room clean. We even purchased some cleaning items just in case something got spilled on the carpet. Never seen such kind of behavior. Definitely unMarriott.
Let me start off by saying this is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at...Period! The room i had was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which turned out to be perfect due to the fact there was 2 adults and 1 child. The room was so nice and clean and modern to boot. Somewhat close to the highway like most hotels but quiet with the windows closed. The windows were able to be opened a few inches for fresh air. I'm very picky about cleanliness and i cringe at most hotel rooms but this room was very clean. Aside from that the staff was friendly but not over friendly to the point of annoyance. The beds were also very comfortable. The only downside to this hotel was the pool water was absolutely freezing! And i'm very familiar with pools cause i also live in Florida. The water made you feel like you needed a wet suit to go in. The hot tub was quite the opposite. It was way too hot! So hot you could barley go in. If there is management reading this review,,,please fix the temperature problems on the pool and hot tub! Otherwise this hotel is GREAT! The breakfast was pretty good and on time. I will stay here again since my sister lives 15 minutes from this location. Plus besides the pool and hot tub issues it's one of the nicest hotels i've ever stayed in. Also the location is very good. Close to a few plazas with restaurants and coffee shop. Hat off to the people there that are making this a great hotel to stay at.
We stayed at the TownPlace on our way to Wisconsin. The property was s little confusing to get to at first. The place was clean and inviting. Ahmed was great and informative when we arrived. The room (two bedroom suite) was spacious and clean. The hotel is very family friendly. The pool looked nice (indoor), but we didn't get a chance to use it. Good price for the room. Not to far from the highway which was nice! Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone.
We stayed here for 5 days, primarily to attend a family wedding. The hotel was very clean and had good house keeping. I specifically liked the staff at the front desk. Good breakfast and ample parking too!
