The room was large and clean. Location was a little hard to find but worked great. The sofa bed was NOT very comfy, felt like you would fall off or be folded in half. Breakfast had enough good options except the eggs. It would be great if you could get real eggs. Staff was friendly. We did wait about 10 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to check in, but it was 11 at night.
Business trip and needed a hotel close to Customer office and this was both convenient and clean for extra work in-hotel. Service levels acceptable and well maintained property in high-traffic area. Recommend for business and family travellers.
I really like the TownePlace Suites brand. I've had success going to many different locations and when my travels took me to Aurora, I thought this would be the same. I've actually stayed at the Fairfield Inn right across the parking lot from this place and that one is a nice property so this was a gamble. We pulled up and the bricks on the outside looked tired and worn. The front door looked like it had been there forever. So I was quite nervous at this point. I walked in and found not only a very modern, updated lobby area but a very nice staff member who greeted us with a great smile and welcome attitude. The check in process was easy and smooth. Plenty of luggage carts and nice for a property of this size to have two quick moving elevators. We went up to our room and it was modern, clean and extremely spacious. I love the layouts of these places. Full sized fridge, a couple stove top burners, plenty of counter top, sofa, counter seating, nice sized desk and that's just the living area. The bedroom had a nice sized bed, spacious room, closet, good sized bathroom and again clean and modern. The hotel has an indoor pool with hot tub. Also had a good sized workout room. Was not a fan of the two treadmills....the tv display was very snowy and not working very well. But the room had other equipment too plus weights. I know the hotel has a full sized fridge/freezers but usually ice is not made ahead of time. We were on 4th floor and ice machine on 2nd but at least they had an ice machine at all. The hotel provides in your rate, a nice breakfast buffet which included (the morning I ate) sausage, eggs, ham, breads, muffins, yogurt, waffles, cereal, juices, fruit, coffee and more. It was well done and well stocked. I know this property used to be a different hotel at one time but hoping they update the outside because once that happens, this place turns out to be an all round extremely nice property. But again, don't fear coming in this place....it is really a nice place.
We always visit family during the summer and like to stay in the Naperville area so decided to try Toweplace Suites by Marriott. We were not disappointed. Everyone is extremely helpful and always smiling. Tiffany greeted us when we checked in and called us in our room after she had checked on a question that I had; she had the answer and let us know ASAP! Our room was very clean with a separate bathroom which made our 30day stay extra comfortable. Breakfast was included every day and was a bit more than the usual continental served in many hotels. Kristen greeted us each morning with a cheerful hello. Linens are of a great quality and housekeeping always ready to change them out at your request. Most of all the hotel is situated next to the highway and travel to anyplace in the Chicago area is easy. Would definitely stay here again!
The desk staff and manager are so friendly, and I think the housekeeping is terrific. If you don't want to be disturbed, you can get fresh supplies--or a full clean when you need. The breakfast is good, the internet is improved from our last visit, and the laundry is convenient enough. We stay in a 2-bedroom suite which gives us plenty of room with two teenagers.
We stayed here because of its proximity to two trails we came to bike. Our room had a kitchenette but the sink was so tiny as to be useless. The complimentary breakfast showed no imagination. The indoor pool was large enough to swim laps. There was a hot tub. The exercise room had four machines and weights.
The rooms are clean and updated. Love the kitchen in the room. The cleaning staff and most of the desk staff are fantastic. The breakfast is good. My only complaint is that even with upgraded internet, it was hitchy and there wasn't tech support. Very comfortable place to stay, though, and located well.
I stayed here for two months while working at Fermilab (which is only 10 minutes away by car) and had a great experience. In Naperville, like in most places in America, you will need a car to do everything - from going to work to shopping for groceries. I shared a 2 king and 1 sofa-bed suite with two roommates and even though initially everything seemed really tiny for 3, we eventually found a way to organise ourselves and settled down very well. The rooms are modern, nicely furnished and kept very clean (daily housekeeping). The kitchen is very well equipped - including a fridge, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and so on. The only thing that is really missing is a pan. My roommates and I tried to keep the kitchen as clean as possible every day but the only couple of times we forgot, the housekeeping staff washed our dishes or emptied the dishwasher for us. The hotel has also 2 washing machines (that take about 30 mins) and two driers (that take about 45 mins) that are very useful, unless there's a queue. There is also plenty of space in the lobby to study or work. Lots of parking lots available. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, is always very friendly, patient and eager to help. There is no restaurant in the hotel but it is easy to have food delivered right into your room. Breakfast is great: it includes bagels, muffins, waffles, eggs, sausages and fruit. My friends and I will definitely be back, hopefully soon!
The staff is very friendly, the rooms can comfortably fit a family of four, and the stay was wonderful. Breakfast is served every day from 6-10 (11 on Sunday), there is a little pool and hot tub, there is a laundry room, and I had no issues with parking. Laundry costs $1 for the washer, $1 for the dryer, and $1 for soap, which can be purchases at the front desk. The machines only accept quarters, but the front desk will exchange your paper for coins. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a long-term stay.
This place is perfect, a true gem, and should not be overlooked! Unlike many "extended stay" or "apartment style" hotels, this place was clean and friendly. When we checked in, the staff was friendly and polite. About 10 minutes into our room, we received a call in the room making sure everything looked ok and was satisfactory. This is unique and shows how much they care about their guests! The room itself was what we expected, two bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen. The beds were top notch and comfortable. Flatscreen TV's in both rooms. There were two A/C units in our room so each room could be set to a comfortable temperature. The kitchen had clean and updated whirlpool appliances. The sink even had a garbage disposal which was nice. Pool and hot tub were large and clean. They allow guests to swim until 11:00pm which is nice. The breakfast was the best part. Waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, fruits, bagels, and more...I truly felt I got as good as breakfast than I would have at the neighborhood Cracker Barrel. If you are in the area even for a night, give this place a chance! Priced lower than most other options and you get so much more!
