The walls are thin and the neighbors were too loud
The shape of the hotel is square therefore the trip to the elevator can be long so be sure to park near your room. The pool area was overly hot way too warm of water and way too warm of air temperature. The staff there is friendly checking in and checking out was very quick and pleasant. TV channel lineup was very small and picture reception was terrible on most of the channels.
Small room crammed into what looks like was once a closet. Slightly musty smell. Awkward position of bed, sofa, & TV because of the small footprint. Decor and updating of room was nice. Quality Paul Mitchell bath products given to use which is a plus. You can tell it’s an older hotel that has had some remodeling done. Would stay here again just in a different room.
I always stay at the Courtyard Marriott when I come to Naperville from California. The staff is very friendly and they do everything to make it the best experience possible!
