1. Room was not ready when we arrived at 3 and was given 30 mins late 2. The water in shower runs too slow. 3. The iron box leaked water 4. We were told while checking in the breakfast closes at 10:30 am, by the time we arrived at 10, the food was removed and we were told the breakfast closes at 10 am.
Place was clean, comfortable bedding pillows and window coverings. Popcorn ceilings a little dated. Would stay here again.
My son got bit by something we couldn’t find bed bugs but something bit him while sleep, the room looked old and dirty totally disappointed with Hyatt as a brand

The roomis really big with extra living room area. Our original roomwas on 3rd floor. The people above us were very heavy footed. So it was very loud when we got in room. Spoke with Beatrice at front desk and she immediately put us on the top floor. The room was so quiet. She called later to makesure room was good. Very accommodating.
This hotel has a very nice decor and is clean! The room was arranged well with a divider between the bed and a nice Lshaped sofa and work space. The TV can be seen from the bed or sofa. Breakfast was certainly adequate with choices. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, movie theater, and I-88. 10
Overall very nice
I did not like that the bed sheets had small (possibly pubic) hairs on it. I noticed that when I was getting ready for bed. It was like small hairs on white sheets so you can clearly see them (being up close and personal while resting). It was so wierd picking them off with kleenex. Also there was an inconvenience with the microwave. I would have to go down stairs to the front lobby from the fifth floor and back up constantly within the duration of 3 days just to use 30seconds of microwave power. I didn't really understand why there was no microwave in the room, but there was a coffee maker and fridge? I don't know. Also the bathroom floor had a some random hairs on it and the shower head was moldy so I sprayed it with clorox that I brought from home. All in all, it was only decent, for $230 I honestly expected way more quality. But I appreciate the roof over my head at least.
