This property looks clean, exterior is beautiful. Interior looks well maintained, organized and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Apart from the squeaky elevator and ac unit its all perfect. I will stay here again and wont hesitate to recommend it.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean. The only downside is that the air conditioning wasn't working properly in half of the rooms or the 1st floor for several days. It was close to 100 degrees on those days. Apparently, this is not a new problem, but corporate doesn't want to spend the money to fix it. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay there again.

My experience with this hotel stay is terrible due to issue with room AC. AC was not working properly... Room was too hot. I requested them to check AC , they have sent the person who has no knowledge on AC and he could not able to fix the issue and we had to sleep in high heat (79) room. At middle of the night they have arranged different room at 2AM after making another call ... but we lost entire sleep already and fall down multiple times in room due to slipperiness in room because of hot air ..
