At check in, I was given a key to a room that had already been assigned to guests. I conveniently walked in on them. Cleanliness was poor. This is the last time I stay at this property.

there was a very musty smell inside the room. i had to re-wash all of the clothes I brought with me even the ones i didn't wear because they smelled so bad the next day

Good experience

I loved their heated pool and the hot tub.

The place is a bit old but nevertheless it is very nice and clean. I booked a room with two double beds and to my surprise it came with a little sitting area. My only beef are the potholes on the street leading to the property which, I guess, isn't really their fault.

Words cannot begin to describe the experience that my wife and I had at this hotel upon arrival for our five year wedding anniversary celebration celebration. Everything that we look forward to about the hotel from room service to the pool is it even the hotel or a restaurant being open all of the above were closed with no mention of it on the website so you just had to show up and find out that everything was closed no fresh towels our first room did not have hot water it was a flat out disaster and again this was to celebrate our five year wedding anniversary it was a total drag will never stay here again please do yourself a favor and do not stay here

I was thoroughly disappointed. This appears to be a nice upscale hotel which is why I picked it. My first room had no hot water. I called down to the desk and he told me he’d send someone up. 2 hours goes by nobody came and no hot water. I had to go downstairs and request a new room. The restaurant and pool are still closed because of corona even though we have moved past those restrictions in this state. The showers need some Major updating for this style of hotel. It’s the same style shower as you’d see at a red roof in. And the water doesn’t drain well at all. Only One ice machine seemed to work on floor 9. Even though there was one on our floor it didn’t work either. I would not recommend this place.

The room was freezing. Took hours to warm up. Kept my coat on.

Never clean the room, never called asked if we needed more towels, trash, essentials, etc etc. no kind of customer service

Clean nice staff they didn’t bother you and when I left and came back the bed and everything was back fresh no matter what time of the day i left Since I was there 3 days

Close to my reason for being in town, arrived at night and there could have been more lighting in parking lot

Mostly clean. A bit of mildew in the shower. Friendly staff. Close restaurants and shopping.
