I was thoroughly disappointed. This appears to be a nice upscale hotel which is why I picked it. My first room had no hot water. I called down to the desk and he told me he’d send someone up. 2 hours goes by nobody came and no hot water. I had to go downstairs and request a new room. The restaurant and pool are still closed because of corona even though we have moved past those restrictions in this state. The showers need some Major updating for this style of hotel. It’s the same style shower as you’d see at a red roof in. And the water doesn’t drain well at all. Only One ice machine seemed to work on floor 9. Even though there was one on our floor it didn’t work either. I would not recommend this place.

The room was freezing. Took hours to warm up. Kept my coat on.

Never clean the room, never called asked if we needed more towels, trash, essentials, etc etc. no kind of customer service

Clean nice staff they didn’t bother you and when I left and came back the bed and everything was back fresh no matter what time of the day i left Since I was there 3 days

I did not like the breakfast. I went to the restaurant and was sitting for 20 minutes before anyone came to me. I ordered my food and got my food before I even had any water. The meal that I ordered had peppers and mushrooms added which I did not ask for nor was it in the description of the meal. I only ate about 1/3 of the meal because the peppers and mushrooms had taken over the smell and taste of the meal. I left hungry

Everything worked as it should. The hot water was hot, the TV turned on when you hit "power". Everything was true as advertised.

My primary issue with the property is cleanliness. The hallways had items, set out by residents, that were not picked up by staff for more than 24 hours. The women's restroom near the conference center was filthy and lacked toilet paper in all stalls but one. Our room was not serviced by the cleaning crew until 6pm. The swimming pool's heater was out. All of the staff were pleasant and easy to deal with.

The staff was very friendly, but when we needed assistance help was slow. The rooms do not have a microwave, but the hotel says they have some available upon request. When we requested one, we waited an hour and a half. No one contacted us. We called back to find they were out of microwaves. They told us their was one in the lobby we could use.We continued to request the microwave as we were staying a few days, but none became available. We went downstairs to use the one in the lobby to find that it was behind the front desk in a hall. The staff wanted to take our plate and heat up our food. I requested to go with the staff member. The microwave was not in working order, so they asked the kitchen staff to heat it up. I do not imagine the staff was supposed to heat up outside food in the kitchen. I did not feel great about giving my food to someone else to heat up. A simple solution is to have a microwave in the lobby or in the rooms. Additionally, water was coming out of the base of the toilet when we flushed our toilet or when the neighbors flushed their toilet. We notified the staff. Someone put caulk partially around the base of the toilet, but it continued to leak. We notified the staff again and they told us they would look into it. Eventually they decided to switch our room. The ordeal took just under two hours. What we anticipated was going to be a very nice hotel stay turned out to be pretty disappointing.

Great hotel..I didn’t realize how far I would be from downtown,however the hotel was very nice and clean.

Rooms were not ready at check in. they told us it would be 20 min. We will waited almost an hr with 4 kids (including 2 toddlers) until we had to go back to service desk to ask what was going on. Then they suddenly had our rooms ready but they were the wrong bed set up. They made us show proof we paid for kings vs two doubles. Then they said we'd have to wait longer for kings. After much arguing we finally got two rooms and one room's carpet was soaking wet and the couch also wet. We had to get changed to another room. The other room we got on the second floor was fine except the elevator button to second floor was broken so we'd have to wait for a different elevator to come get us and the ice machine was broken. In the end, these inconveniences could have been overlooked but the staff never looked very happy to deal with us and were visably annoyed or not very concerned abt our negative experience. We got a 75% refund from Orbitz though, although the hotel tried to discourage us from it bc they said we'd be in the phone for 4 hrs waiting, but it took more like 10 min.

my room was clean, nice size, great bed nice city view the staff was friendly and the hotel has easy access to expressways.
