We love this hotel. Always return for the wonderful atmosphere and beautiful bar and lobby. Food is outstanding. It is also a quiet location with many restaurant open in the area. Enjoy!

We’ve stayed at this hotel before. The staff was very nice!! Bed pillows were terrible! Toilet was way too low. Needs to be replaced. Tub was slick and peeling. I had to go out and get a shower mat which I left! Ugh! Shower dripped. It’s a great location and I will stay there again.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but I expected more from a Hyatt Regency hotel. Service was not their priority. Everything we needed had to be requested through the front desk. The rooms were not very clean and we had to ask for more towels and sheets. We had to change out these items ourselves.

Our family had 3 rooms. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was very good. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The panoramic suite is surrounded by glass windows. It's beautiful, but you can hear the expressway traffic. We were on the 12th floor. We've stayed in this type of suite several times before and on lower levels. I don't recall this being an issue. Check with the front desk for room cleaning and towel service rules. I think they clean the rooms on the third day and towel service is available upon request. Housekeeping staff do not pick-up the phone. Calls go to the front desk. Multiple requests for fresh towels were made on different days. Housekeeping did not fulfil our requests.

Despite having a confirmed reservation, there was no room available and I was turned down when checkin in. The Hyatt Regency didn’t offer any compensation nor replacement in a nearby hotel
