The hotel stay was pleasant. It was good location to conduct of my business for the weekend in the Oakbrook area and very reasonably priced. I did not have time to experience the other amenities but the breakfast was good.

It was inconvenient that there wasn't a bathroom in pool area. Hot tub not working. They were doing some remodeling and there was garbage/junk in the yard where we entered. Inside that door was some cluster of materials as well. Im glad they're doing work but would have gone somewhere else had we known.

very one was very wlelcoming and the room was nice and the remolding wasnt a problem and the breackfast was warm and good!

Check in was quick and friendly. Room was clean but cold. Toilet moved when sat on and it ran a little on and off. Breakfast was good variety and dining area clean. Overall good experience.

The hotel is under major remodel with construction around every corner....which we were not made aware of at the time of booking. The front desk gentleman was less than helpful upon check-in, & we wondered if we were the only guests there. Our first room had no heat, so we asked to get it fixed. we left for a few hours and returned to a still-freezing room. When we asked about it, the front desk person said he couldn't get it fixed, so we moved across the hall....into a room that was also freezing. Luckily, the heat did work in this room, but it did not completely warm up until 3:00 am. For the next two nights, the room was either freezing or an inferno....no happy medium. The hot water in the shower was also hit and miss. The toilet over-flowed, & the plumber did come to fix the clog. However, the floor around the toilet and the seat of the toilet were left uncleaned, which is very unsanitary. From the sides of the building, there were rolls of carpet and other "throw-aways" that remained during our entire stay. The side doors also didn't lock...and people could come and go without a key. The plus is the beds and pillows we're comfortable, & the rooms will definitely be up-to-date when the remodel is complete. However, guests should be made aware of the construction zone (in and out of the building) before booking. Our suggestion would also be to hire more friendly personnel. Customer Service was extremely lacking by the front desk employees.

I won't stay there again. Jacuzzi broke. Not hotel manager HAPPY hours.

The Clubhouse Inn was not what we were expecting. We stayed there a couple years ago and everything was excellent. This time, not so much. We were directed to park at the door by our room, only for it to have a sign on it stating it was closed due to falling debris. There was an odor in our room, as well as beer caps on the floor. We stayed in the room due to pure exhaustion and not wanting to move. The breakfast was cold and unappetizing. The coffee had a burned taste. The coffee maker in the room did not work properly. I had to turn it on at least 5 times before it brewed a pot. The wifi took over 45 minutes to load onto any of our devices.

This isn't a 5 start hotel, but it was perfect for the price and location. The hotel is undergoing upgrades and that made it the rating I gave it. Once the upgrades are complete, the hotel will probably rise in its rating.

The AC in two of our rooms did not work. One of the secured outside doors weren't functioning correctly. Aside from those issues, this hotel to seemed to be under renovations. The staff were very nice and helpful, though!

Hotel was decent. Wifi was sub-par, could not use the hotel's printer because the computer was not able to open the PDF file I needed to print. Comforter had a stain on it, room smelled like either smoke or mildew...couldn't tell. Pillow's were not good. Other than that the stay was OK.

We were having problems connecting with the wifi. We went to the front desk and asked about it. We found out that the wifi router on our end of the hotel had problems. The front desk person asked if if we would like to change rooms, we said yes. That night they were full so since we was staying another night she asked about another room for that night, of course we said yes. Thinking that nothing would change we were surprised when we got a call asking if we still wanted to change rooms. We got another room for the next night and the wifi was great. With two laptops, two tablets and two cell phones that was a pleasant surprise.

Hotel exceeded my expectations.....................................................................

nice for us we a soccer tournament and rain was terrible so the laundry room helped. good choice for us since we never stayed at the clubhouse

We loved it! My husband and I brought our 3 kids for a family trip to chicago. It was a little further then we originally thought, but it actually worked out great. Free parking, indoor pool and hot tub, free breakfast was pretty good. Nothing to write home about but it was filling and just what we needed before heading out for a day downtown. The down pillows and comforter were itchy because the feathers kept poking through the sheets. But the beds were comfortable. It was nice having an on-site laundry facility. It was $3.00 total to wash and dry. Don't forget the laundry soap, but if you do they have some you can buy for $1.00. It was about 10 minutes from all your shopping needs. Overall it was a nice place and we'd stay there again.

Experience was nice environment, comfortable and Clean.

Asked for first floor room, Needed elevators. First floor room reassigned.

I've stayed at the Clubhouse in Westmont on multiple occasions. Their rooms are always clean, nice complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. I will keep staying here as long as I need to travel to the area. Nice little hotel!

I like the suite room I had and the bed was comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast was good too with a good selection.

Great older but nicely decorated hotel. Close to many conveniences. Fabulous breakfast!

This hotel is a great place to spend a few nights and as a home base close to the city and shopping but you must have a car and enjoy the pool.
