We drove to Chicago after visiting Canada where we had bad experience at hotel. This hotel in Chicago, we got 2 queen bed room. As soon as we saw the property, it was huge and beautiful. Convenient location. Front desk Staff was great but it will be a good idea to have a uniform or at least some professional clothes. No offence at all, as they were clean, great and helpful but by dressing u can’t tell if they were a visitor or staff. Room was huge, beautiful and clean. Bathroom was wonderful as well. Property itself was beautiful and clean. Enough on site Parking was safe and convenient with many streets lights. Extra doors on all 4 sides of property for quick access from parking was a plus. Breakfast was okay, nothing impressive but atleast a good basic option. They were out of coffee before breakfast closing hours which wasn’t a good impression. They have beautiful courtyard and a swimming pool. Property is located in clean and safe area, behind a gas station on main road and across the street from a shopping area. Highway exit is close by and convenient. . Property is located about 30 mins from downtown Chicago. Airport is close by as well. Overall all we loved it.

Stayed at this facility for 5 weeks for a travel assignment. Going through an upgrade so there are some rooms under construction, but the remaining rooms are clean and quiet. Nice breakfast in the mornings. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place to all of the other travelers at my hospital.

The place has signs outside of every door that say no smoking, no vaping, no e-cigarettes, no marijuana. This clearly does not stop said activities. Cannot remember the last time I was in a hotel that stank of stale smoke. Also, for an added bonus, got to watch the desk clerk berate a guest. Never seen that before, anywhere.
The room had a lot of things that needed to be repaired. The handle on the balcony door was broken, there was a hole in the bathroom door and in one of the walls and one of the hanging reading lights was broken with wires exposed. The hotel definitely wasn’t worth the price but it was a last minute booking and the closest hotel to Chicago that was under $200 a night.
I was in Chicago for my brother's funeral, I was physically and emotionally drained during my stay. Arrivied late the first evening. There were other things distasteful but the bathtub was beyond dirty, it was filthy(you would think during a pandemic it would be extra clean) . Not sure how much space is allowed for this review, I could write a book. Avoid this place, they were unhelpful, the room had many distasteful things. Late the second night the fire alarm went off for about 20 minutes, the fire department seached and found nothing. Most likely someone smoking in room. Some of the highlights: coffeemaker but no carafe or cups, a hole in the bathtub wall, very dirty wall near doorknob, the room was not smoke free and reeked of smoke (I've many years of dealing with drug addicts and believe it was from smoking crack). If allowed in this review I will post a picture of the bathtub and you decide. I had to give them a $25 deposit when I checked in. It has been 24 hours since checking out and it has not been returned to my account. Best advice is to avoid this place and don't believe the lies if there is a response to this review.

Overall condition of room was poor. Shower was luke warm. When asked about the water temperature, I was told that the water has to travel a great distance before it gets warm.
