Overall condition of room was poor. Shower was luke warm. When asked about the water temperature, I was told that the water has to travel a great distance before it gets warm.

I didn’t like nothing about it it was filthy I’ll never ever return there or recommend anyone

I had a dirty towel in my closet already!

The room was dirty holes In the wall tub was so dirty couldn’t even shower I have pictures as well

This property is under construction...even the guest rooms. I like the property should shut down until reservations are done. However dirty it was...the breakfast was great, staff was responsive, and the pool is heated.

I love the Rooms, and the staff was so polite. The pool was nice and clean

The Balcony was nice. N the room was comfortable and clean breakfast was good.

This was the most disgusting place ive ever stayed.

The mold in the bathrooms was horrible. It was not up to a pulic standard of cleanliness

The hotel is currently experiencing a bed bug infestation. My guest and I were both bitten. My real problem was the hotel was the condition of the bathroom. There was a big leaking hole around the light fixture. It leaked through the actual light fixture as well. The bathtub was not clean around the seams. I have photos and video. This room (#155) should not be rented out. Staff: OUTSTANDING!

Room wasn't that clean there was stains on comfort er there was a odor in room

Great place to stay for the day. The kids loved the pool and courtyard.
