The facility is clean and quiet. To get inside the building you need to use key card, which adds a layer of security. Breakfast is good. The pool is clean except on our last day because it was very windy. The staff are nice.
We picked this hotel due to how close it was to Great Lakes Naval Base and the dining options were down the road. Conveniently able to access several locations. The rooms were big and clean. The front desk lady was super knowledgeable when it came to boot camp graduation, times and short cuts. It was a very pleasant stay.

This is a great location for those attending RTC Graduation.. it is close to restaurants and and has good amenities.

Bed was extremely comfortable I could’ve stayed in the room all day. Negatives are the breakfast a brown bag breakfast just isn’t what I expected also I couldn’t find an ice machine. Other than those two things I really enjoyed my stay very nice area as well.
They have a weird practice of charging your card for damages right away, then refunding the $100 to you after you depart. Every place I have stayed at just wants your card on file in case there are damages. Considering how dirty, unkept, and damaged the rooms were, I would never stay here again.
I was disappointed to find out there was not any daily housekeeping. I never stayed anywhere where that was the case. Piling up trash bags outside next to a receptacle seemed odd. Also, because of this I had to retrieve daily coffee replacements. I didn't like to fact that I was charged for incidentals upfront and would have to wait up to a week to be reimbursed. I didn't receive a receipt for my stay. I guess I was waiting for an e-mail receipt, but I have yet to receive one. The rooms could really use an upgrade. They are old and worn out.
