Improvement can be calling customers to confirm stays before closing audit for the day. I arrived on a late flight and ended up arriving early morning and was not allowed to check in due to the “audit”. Very inconvenient because I didn’t have a place to stay to get some rest. Word of advice, if you will arrive on a late flight call right before midnight to they hold your reservation.

PROS: Staff was super friendly. Room was impressively clean. Kitchen had all we needed. They are very generous with the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and they all actually smelled good. Shopping center is right across the street. CONS: Walls VERY thin and can hear everything in next room and hallway. Last night of stay was sleepless because next room was arguing and had a party with music blasting. Mold coming out of outlet and AC vent. Bathroom tiles cracked and broken. Sofa bed-not even useable-paper thin and completely worn out. Recliner kept closing while sitting in it. TV didnt work in one of our rooms. Stayed 4 nights and never had anyone come to take trash. Very outdated.

Had a great time at this hotel. The front desk receptionist were extremely nice and friendly. One of the receptionist offered to take our family's photo for us. It was a special moment for my family because my daughter just graduated Basic Training the day before. My family and I were happy to celebrate her and have a family pic of all of us together. So grateful for the receptionist love and support. They all seemed to love what they do at this hotel. The hotel was clean and we had no problems there. Lovely people and lovely place!!!!!

They charged me for 2 rooms but I only had 1 I paid for someone else’s room don’t know who’s it was supposed to be fixed but it wasn’t.
