Come back from Florida to visit home in Chicagoland area. Every time I look forward to The daytime manager or front desk woman with big hair was so amazing and friendly; very accommodating with big energy! I always come back because of her and the rest of the staff! The room was clean bed comfy and enough pillows as I am pregnant as well. Everything was perfect as always

Improvement can be calling customers to confirm stays before closing audit for the day. I arrived on a late flight and ended up arriving early morning and was not allowed to check in due to the “audit”. Very inconvenient because I didn’t have a place to stay to get some rest. Word of advice, if you will arrive on a late flight call right before midnight to they hold your reservation.
