Overall good stay. Would like to have had better access to food to use in room. I don't recall any mention of how to get to a grocery store. No sidewalks and hardly any crosswalks. No water other than tap. Did hotel assume everyone was driving?

Sonesta simply suites in Waukegan was absolutely wonderful! We were seriously tired and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve been in other than my own. Loved the kitchenette with full refrigerator microwave dishwasher dishes everything we needed. The room was pleasant and clean and I loved the bathtub For my aching back after that flight. Most of all I loved the people that work there Jaden and Medina bent over backwards to be helpful and pleasant. Seriously I absolutely loved being there! Thank you.

I just needed a place to crash for my daughter’s Navy boot camp graduation. I chose this Sonesta strictly based on price and it actually exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it.
