Property and staff itself was amazing, however we had some major issues with the room itself. One of the queen beds was dipped far down where’s you’d sink in about 4-5 inches which was super uncomfortable. The A/C would not get cold & stayed at a humid 76-78 degrees & the shower temp was wayyyy off. There was no happy medium, you either got freezing cold or scalding hot; not enjoyable at all. Lastly, the wood bed frames stick out way too far so walking around or near the bed you’d hit your ankle or knee, which bruised my mother’s legs. We called the night of to let the front desk know, they said they were sending someone up and never did. Not the Hyatt experience we usually get or expect. Wanted a refund at checkout but was told they couldn’t since it was done thru Expedia.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The restaurant and bar area should be open past 10pm. Waitress was in a rush to get us in and out and was vocal about it. Overall nice time.

It was like a Maze! To much walking to get to anything! Both resturants have the same menu so there really isn't a choice! TV no apps no roku which would give you the opportunity to use your own accounts! Locker room no hair dryers!, no soap and low water pressure! Kingrooms dont have a tub! Too Much Plastic cups , glasses coffee cups and krup style coffee maker! You take away personal shampoo bottles but everything else is Plastic silverware cups bags for room service is ok? Makes no sense! Also no maps are guven of the Hotel so be prepared to get lost! Overall not happy with this property will not return!plastic Shampoo bottles
