all is pretty great so far, but as someone with a mobility-related disability (but no wheelchair), I noticed this facility requires quite a lot of walking in order to get from the parking to the entrance to the elevator that takes you to the front desk. It’s also another very long hike from my accessible room to the pool/spa area. I wish there were an easier way to arrive and get around; if there is, it wasn’t offered or advertised. But otherwise everything is totally lovely and serene.

It could have been great and relaxing.

We booked the hotel because of the picturesque pool after being on the highway for awhile. The whole family was looking for some time in the pool to relax. We check in and the pool is closed for maintenance. Why would any hotel closed their supposedly beautiful pool in anticipation of the weekend of guests. They have all week long to get it done. It was failure on their part and a disappointment.

Next time I’ll go to a Hilton. I thought this would be decent for a four star hotel but it was actually worse than the oak brook Hilton which I think has less star ratings. This place also gave us one roll of toilet paper for a three days and it was two people in the room. The bathtub leaked water all over the bathroom floor and the mini fridge did not work. No microwave nothing special. I’ve been to cheaper hotels that were overall better. The parking is also quite a walk so be prepared.

The hotel was good for the price. It was extremely crowded due to the holiday weekend. It was close to the mall and entertainment for kids.

- unfriendly staff - tried to charge for disposable eating utensils when we didn’t have silverware for carry out; pool staff rude about using towels, number of towels (the staff person said it’s one per person and scolded us for attempting to get towels for young children), or setting towels on the wet tile so we didn’t slip - cleanliness - the hotel was still decked in Christmas decor in some areas. It’s late Jan. Felt like the werent on top of decor, and what’s that say about general cleanliness -in room greeting was for someone else, I’m assuming the previous guest. Felt weird that welcome screen on tv and materials weren’t updated to reflect our stay. We at first thought we were in the wrong room
