The rooms do not get clean. And when you asked the maid she tell you. You have go to front desk which I did. And when returned my room was not clean. The breakfast was nasty. I think this was more like a animal hotel. Because you see dogs everywhere. So I guess if you have a pet this is perfect for you.

Pool was out of service. This was not noted on the third party booking site.

Our stay was for business during the NRA show. We had 2 rooms and both rooms were very clean and spacious with the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this level. The hotel is located very close to a mall, shopping center, several good restaurants, and Target and Walmart within 5 mins of drive. They have a nice bar and a restaurant that is open daily till 2 am. Breakfast buffet is from 6am to 11 am and was only $6.95 for the hotel guests which is very very reasonable. Nice china, silverware, glass cups, cloth napkins and a beautiful table set up. Decent selections of food for the breakfast including juices, coffee, milk etc. Very friendly, helpful hotel staff. This will definitely be our hotel again for our next stay in Chicago.

I'm going to make this plain and simple. If you need an inexpensive great Hotel go to this one. If you don't you're the dummy and you missed out

The staff was excellent, cleanliness was good. The high speed Internet was extremely slow and the air conditioning unit in the room was noisy but I would stay again.

good bang for your buck hotel for a quick getaway.

The hotel looks really cheap and dirty. Hospitality wasn't there at all, not having a space to get park because they had a party and all the extra people that didn't stay at the hotel but attended the party took all the parking lot. I don't know if pets were allowed but there was a dog that didn't stop barkin plus the loud music from the party made our stay an unpleasant stay. Our room was across from the pool and people were screaming and we could hear everything. Over all we would never stay in one of this hotels.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff was quite friendly. One lady was very considerate and put our two rooms together as a joint-room. They also provide free shuttle to airport.

It was just off of the big highway therefore, it could be very convenient for road trippers or business trippers. If you want to go to down town Chicago, you need to drive the Forest Park station to take subway/train, which takes about 30 min to get there. There is a big parking lot in front of the station, but it was pretty scary at night to be honest.

a basic hotel, bed not very comfortable, odd smell

We had problems with wi-fi. Did not work in our room.

The hotel was nice. I had a professional event to attend at the hotel. So the location was a plus for the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was a power outage lasting a few hours. No air conditioning, tv, or lights during that time. The internet was out the entire night if I remember correctly. I had to prepare for a project without lights and internet which was just sucked. The room was moderately clean although I saw both a used straw and baby pacifier on the carpet that definitely didn't come from me. The decorative bed cushion on the bed also smelled unwashed and had a lingerating human odor. I was so disgusted that I tossed it onto the floor and didn't touch it again until I checked out.

The hotel was great with an airport shuttle. The lady at the desk helped us locate where it was parked and the drivers were delightful. The room and everything was great.

Staff was very friendly, personable and accommodating. Went over and above to make sure that my guest's needs were met. They had a very enjoyable time. The room was relaxing, though I would have to say that the tub, perhaps from many years of use, was somewhat dingy in appearance. Other than that my guest, were happy with all the amenities and said they would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is in a Good location..easy access to interstate.

did not get the free breakfast or the reward points because it was booked thru this site.

Having to stay another night after the initial 2 planned for at an afordable rate at the "Magnificent Mile" at Downtown Chicago, this turned out to be a very good choice for our familiy stay. Felt safe.

I was a little skeptical at first thinking Best Western, this is from the 1980s but the hotel was big, close to highway, room was clean, staff was polite and efficient.Breakfast was enjoyable and fresh. I would recommend this hotel. Affordable .

Hotel is dated, Rooms basic, but very clean. Beds comfortable. Carpets needed cleaning- halls with numerous stains. Breakfast was fair. Location hard to get in and out of. Decent stay.
