Due to covid the room cleaning is done once in 7 days. You have to request for towels, the name sake breakfast in covers

Carpet was dirty. The mattress on the sofa bed had stains. They’ve been told many times about it in reviews but they don’t do anything about it.

The hotel was good overall. My only complaint would be the keys. It was hard for the room doors to open and when we tried going to the pool, we were never able to open the door. Another guest tried their key as well and it still didn't work.

People at the front desk were highly professional, specially Mr Hasam. I definitely would return to this hotel.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE, CLEAN, STAFF WAS PLEASANT, THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT OUR ROOM HAD "ANTS", SO THEY MOVED US INTO THE ROOM NEXT DOOR...AND TO MY SURPRISE.....MORE "ANTS" . Maybe they will have that issue resolved if i decide to go back.

The stay was very nice. The water in the pool was a little to cold that's why I only gave the amenities a 3 out of 5. The ladder in the pool near the deep end had a sharp edge on it and my daughter cut her finger pretty deep. I went to the front desk to get a bandaid. The clerk at that time went and got me several bandaids. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Otherwise we had a very good time.

didn't care for the room we were in. The people in the hallways were very loud all night long. I had no sleep during my stay. The ice machine didn't work on my floor. The parking was full so I had to park a distance from my room access.

Went to Chicago to see a Broadway Show my nephew was performing in. Didn't want to pay the downtown Chicago price, so this hotel was 15 miles from downtown. Great location, wonderful and helpful staff and the great was nice and comfortable. Very clean and a great value. Would stay here over and over again!

Staff was great and very helpful. I will be staying there again real soon.
