I bought a suite An there was broken glass on my floor. I shook it off an went to sit on the couch an there was Oreos on the arms of the sofa. I tried to put some of my drinks on ice in the fridge as well an thats then where I saw/smelt mold an said to myself ABSOLUTELY NO MORE I NEED A NEW ROOM ASAP PLEASE!
Stain on one of my pillows an on the bed cover so that’s nasty. Then I found hair in the tub so….
I couldn’t even stay here and disputing the charge. The building looks like an abandoned building. Don’t book.

I liked that it was relatively quiet and that it was close to major highways. The place needs some work on the water damaged ceiling, the ac units and some of the old bathroom fixtures.
Condition and cleanliness. No elevator for guest for upper level rooms
Filthy carpet, property as whole needs work and and updated. The location is unfortunate. We got by and it was quiet, but I would never stay there again.
Great hotel but there's a convention hall attached. This particular Sunday night the parking lot was full from a holiday party. Cars were parked illegally everywhere and people were outside smoking making it almost impossible to drive through. I pull up to the drop off and walk inside and there's nobody at the desk. I waited 10 minutes before walking behind the desk and into the back room and still nobody to be found! This was at 7pm and the holiday party ran until midnight.
Clean, friendly, other than a wedding with lots of music coming from the event side its was a good stay.

Property is showing wear & tear but clean & comfortable. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. Limited restaurant hours was a bit frustrating. Kind of a strange property location. Cannot see property from the main road. Better signage would be very helpful.
Had to take stairs to 2nd floor and wife has a hard time with stairs due to medical condition. Continental breakfast doesn't exist. Door didnt lock. Walls very thin. Only redeeming quality was bed was comfortable.
We had a great day. Nice amenities, very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again. Have already recommended it to friends.
The hotel was very nice and friendly staff, but didnt have an elevator. It is also on a frontage road with a light, so that is good or you would never be able to exit!
