The pool area was not clean ans extremely over crowded at most times with very unruly kids, one parent over 10-20 kids at a time in a small pool to begin with. We booked adjoining rooms and upon checking in was informed the rooms were not adjoining and actually on opposite ends of the floor which then caused our parties to have to separate for most of the trip. On top of that, I called the day before check in to confirm we were adjoined and was told yes. Room was outdated and even wallpaper was torn in the seating area of the room and bathroom tub area was dirty.

Room was raggedy and it seems like any old piece of furniture or bedding was stuck in my room. The minute you walk into the room you smell moisture like you were in a basement. The next day it smells like sewer. The maid came in and sprayed the room thinking this was going to fix whatever it is is causing the smell. Obviously, it did not work. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good, I especially liked the Omelette bar.
