Great location for what we needed. Provided a place for a good night's sleep and decent breakfast.

It was an amazing stay, staff was polite and professional, great breakfast, clean and neat facilities. If any, I’d say improving the pillows are the one and only thing I’d recommend to invest in. They were old, soggy and tiny… if you rent a king size bed for the night, you expect at least nice pillows to come with it. But again, everything else, just great. I’ll be staying again! (Probably bringing my own pillow though hehe…)

Other guests on floor were very noisy

Everything was great. We came from out of state for a soccer tournament and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was great and rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

We liked everything.

The room was at best mediocre in terms of cleanness. The bathroom was so tiny, that one cannot change cloths there. A person cannot get in without squeeze in. We were provided with a crib twice and each time it was filthy. So, we ended up not using it. The breakfast was below standards. The swimming pool was cold, noisy and at time dangerous as guests were allowed to dive over our heads.

Construction on second floor with peeled wallpaper. Elevators not working. One was down the other would have door open and close 11 times before it close. Lady checking me in at 11pm oh Thursday was rude. Hairdryer wasn't working. No shampoo or soap in the room. Nightstand was sticky with something. Breakfast was disappointed. Definitely not like it used to be .

Next to Uncle Julio’s with the chocolate piñata! Staff was very nice and the room was a suite so it was large. We were told on arrival there was no cleaning or maid service so we had to ask for towels and put our garbage out each night. That was a little disappointing. Breakfast was very good and lots of options. Overall a great stay !!

The checkout management was horrible. When I checked in, I requested for late checkout. The front desk lady said ok and wrote it down. The morning of my checkout day, I told the cleaning lady on the hallway that I had late checkout. When I double checked with front desk, the system did not show that I requested for late checkout, but front desk lady put into system for 1pm late checkout in front of me. Then when my kid was in nap to prepare for the swim meet, a service lady knocked at my door for checkout and directly opened the door with her key. I spent 5 minutes to persuade her that I had late checkout, and my kid already woke up. Horrible checkout system.

It’s was a reasonably priced hotel but nothing special. Breakfast was limited and not worth staying for the savings of eating at a restaurant. Didnt visit the pool area. Tv didn’t work well and offered limited channels. Lots of space but not properly utilized.

A good place to stay!!

Good central location, disappointment in pool restrictions.

The hotel was FULL. During COVID we didn’t expect the place to be packed. The staff had a hard time keeping up with cleaning and keeping the breakfast bar full. Also the guests were partying into the late hours. We complained to staff both nights of our stay.
