The entire stay was great. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. We ate all of our meals at the hotel restaurant. The service there was exceptional. The food was delicious. Even the Starbucks employee was great. She was so sweet. I would stay there again no questions asked.

Great experience, hotel staff was very helpful. The Wi-Fi service wants you to sign-up for Marriott rewards, which was a bit of a pain but easily handled. The breakfast, was 16$ a person, and I was very disappointed. The french toast(chocolate chip), was soggy and cold. The eggs were dry, and the fruit variety was very limited. I'd suggest going to a place nearby if you are looking for breakfast.

It is a very clean facility. From the lobby to the room the building is well maintained. All of the staff members that we interacted with with very pleasant. Would recommend to any business traveler.

they were doing remodeling and you could here a jackhammer noise while demolishing the old bathrooms. unfortunately they were over my room and I could not stay in the room. the hotel is very nice. the staff were great and tried to accommodate but they should not have placed guests below the workers. would love to go back once remodeling is completed

This hotel was extraordinarily clean and tidy. For the money, the value was exceptional. The room was very quiet, it was like we were the only ones in the hotel, we never heard hallway noise. The bed qualified as one of the most comfortable ever. We will likely stay again on our next Chicago getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and room was very clean.

We stayed one night(the half-way point) on our drive to St. Paul Minn. from Cleveland, Ohio. Our price included a full breakfast buffet for minimal cost which was excellent.

We were spending the night after a Bachelorette Party. The staff was great and VERY helpful! When we inquired about a shuttle service to the restaurant we were eating at, the staff set us up with a stretch limo to take us there and pick us up at the end of the evening. They were very helpful when we wanted to order food at the end of the night as well. The room was very fairly priced and was VERY clean. The hotel as a whole was very nice and the entire experience was wonderful!

This hotel was extraordinarily clean and tidy. For the money, the value was exceptional. The room was very quiet, it was like we were the only ones in the hotel, we never heard hallway noise.
