On August 23, 2025, someone entered my room without my permission. This was a clear breach of my privacy and security, leaving me and my family feeling unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. I immediately reported the matter to your staff and the General Manager.
Unfortunately, the response I received from the general manager was dismissive and unprofessional. He appeared unconcerned about the seriousness of the situation and acted as though we were not being truthful. The general manager stated that he reviewed the security cameras but claimed he could not see the individual who entered my room. Rather than addressing the matter further, he left the building for the day, leaving his staff member to manage the situation. She was unprepared and unable to provide adequate assistance in handling this serious security issue.
Given the severity of this breach, I also contacted the Schaumburg Police Department and filed an official report for my family’s safety and protection.
The following morning, I attempted to follow up with the general manager, but he did not report to work. As a result, the matter remains unresolved, and I am deeply concerned about both the security of your property and the lack of accountability demonstrated by management.
