The hotel is in good condition.clean comfortable. Breakfast has lots of meat and fruit selection. Omelet is quite good and healthy.

The Hyatt House Schaumburg is by far one of the most outstanding hotels I've visited in my travels. Their staff was tremendously professional, kind, and helpful in navigating the surrounding area, going so far as to arrange my airport transfers and providing shuttles to the nearest Metra station and conference center as needed. Their breakfast selections were diverse, fresh, and delicious, as was their free nightly cocktail and appetizer hour. The room was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with any and all travel necessities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Schaumburg area!!

This extended stay Hyatt is adequate, but not really as nice as I expect from Hyatt.

Clean, comfy rooms, great bathrooms, loved the kitchen area with full refrigerator, stove, and microwave

This was a very good hotel to stay in. I was in one of the rooms almost a week. The breakfast and nightly food is great. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help. The décor is a bit outdated, but well maintained and clean in the rooms. You can even open the windows for a bit of fresh air which is hard to find anymore.

Super nice. breakfast was delicious love the sauna and jacuzzi pool water a little bit cold but ok will recommend to friends

Nice business hotel was extremely nice for a weekend with friends. Full size fridge! We changed our room to be closer to friends, the hotel was happy to accommodate us. Breakfast was good as well (full and warm).

Loved the warm lobby and excellent included breakfast!

Although the rooms were showing their age a bit, they were well kept and clean. The small kitchenette allowed us to make a few meals in our room. As our granddaughter ended up staying with us, it made a little home away from home. About our granddaughter, we didn't initially plan on having her stay over with us, we asked the front desk if she could stay over. They were wonderful! They opened the sofa bed, changed the sheets and didn't charge any additional fees! This really made us happy. The morning breakfasts were good and our granddaughter looked forward to waking up, running downstairs to see what she would eat. When we took her back to our daughter, our granddaughter told her mom about how much she liked staying at "her" hotel.

I couldn't locate places I needed to be and I was given easy instructions to get there. I was lost, called the hotel, and got back easily. They were great helps.

Clean, spacious, and great continental breakfast. Staff very friendly and polite

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel staff was friendly, and even though their computers were down when we arrived, our check-in was handled smoothly and promptly. Our room was perfect-clean, inviting and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had! The made to order omelets were our favorite. And it wss refreshing to find a hotel that served name brand coffee. The location was perfect for us, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We are already planning another stay in a couple of months.

Staff were very nice and help. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were well furnished. I'd stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful it was great deal for a last minute trip location was wonderful

We arrived just as a tornado warning took effect. The rain was coming down very hard. There was a canopy over the walkway to the front door so at least we were covered then. Umbrella bags were not offered, all lobby areas were not carpeted, and even the room was hardwood. Needless to say, we were drenched upon entering the room. When we finally got ourselves dry, the fire alarm went off. The building was evacuated and the fire department was onsite. Not sure why the fire alarm went off in the first place, but the entire incident was brief though inconvenient. The beddings and shower were nice, however. As was the included hot breakfast. The pool was rather small but fit for our 3-year old. There was an added bonus of a sauna which is a rarity in similar-class hotels.

when i reserved the room from the site i was giving a price the when we arrive i was charged 40.00 more the the price i was giving and the staff said that they cant see the reservation even i have called ahead of time and they where able to see it but on arrival time they could not see it will consider using other hotel and web site next time very unhappy

good food and nice staffs. a little old hotel but well maintained

I have stayed a couple times, and would stay again.

You won't fond a better choice if you are looking for an excellent hotel in the Woodfiled/Schaumburg area.

We stayed one night at the Hyatt house in Schaumburg. We always stay in Schaumburg and enjoyed our stay at this hyatt location. This would be perfect for a week long get away as the mini kitchen came fully equipped.
