I love that the facility has a king size bed and a pull out couch. The wi-fi is however horrible at Embassy Suits.
We liked the room. It was spacious and clean. We did have to change our room once because our bathtub got clogged though. The only thing we wish you guys did provide a non-pork option for breakfast. Both meats that you had was pork and our religion doesn’t allow us to eat pork.
Air conditioning unit is room was crazy loud

I have stayed at many different embassy suites and i have to say after reading reviews from previous customers i was skeptical. This was probably the nicest one i have been in so far. The bed was very comfortable the pillows were wonderful. The room was very clean as was the rest of the property. The evening reception was good, and breakfast was good. If I have to complain it would be the hot tub was not working and they did not have bottled water in the lobby store.
This hotel is clean, check in is faster. Facilities is a little bit old. The color of hotel inside look like grey, I prefer to a more bright, colorful world
I didn’t like the fact that I had to be moved to another room because of a leak in the bathroom sink, but overall the hotel is amazing and the staff is beyond friendly especially the Bartender. I will be returning...
The carpeting & drapes had red stains all over them like someone threw a pizza in the room. When we opened the sleeper sofa, there was food & someone’s socks underneath it. Quite disgusting.
Everything was clean and sanitized. The staff was helpful and had great customer service. The pool was open and not crowded.
The room was very clean & spacious. The guy at the front desk seemed a little agitated when I was checking in . The pool closed early due to a accident that evening. Free breakfast wasn’t all that tasteful . Overall I’ll stay again just for the comfort of the room .
My stay at this hotel was great! It surpassed expectations. It was clean. The staff was friendly. It was also very quiet even with a bunch of high school hockey players and little children. Very impressed and will be back again, I am sure.
Loved the big rooms and comfy beds. Shower heads could be replaced. Breakfast was lacking in choices due to COVID. Rooms are not sound proof.
