Very friendly and accommodating shuttle driver.

Was nice to be able to walk to dinner ( about 5 minutes). But hotel itself was not good. No hot water for shower in evening or next morning. Very thin walls so could hear both neighbors including late and early in the morning. Dirty hallways. And front desk person was in and out so there was no one there to check in for a little bit when we arrived.

This property was well kept and clean. Check-in/out was an easy and quick process. The only downside we found was the shower/tub. Quite small tub that didn't drain well and no bathroom vent to clear the fog. Other than that, it was great! The bed was superb!!!

Receptionist was rude and there are no vending machine or water bottles in entire hotel. When asked about asked to wait until next day and paid breakfast was not even tasty or worth it. Rooms doesn’t even have moisturizer

Definitely other nicer places in the area to stay for similar cost.

Guy checking us in was very uninterested in us. Had to come back down because we were given two twin beds instead of one king best as reserved.

In need of remodel, wall paper peeling, wall buckling, possible mold, shower floor stained, AC not working well, top drawer of dresser kept coming open. Had to move to another room because of wall. Called to have someone look at air and they never came. Left a day early and they would not refund our money.

While the customer service is really good the amenities and conditions of the utilities needs improvement.

Loved the service! They gave us delicious cookies upon arrival and were very accommodating!

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for the weekend because she had a cheerleading competition nearby. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great! I paid extra for breakfast when I made the reservation—it was your standard breakfast, but it was super convenient for us, since we had to get up early and head out. The front desk staff was very pleasant, and checking in and out was easy.

Very modern and clean! Rooms were very well laid out and well kept.

I bought breakfast with my stay. Breakfast is worth for $20 ( price difference) Tv was not working. I didn’t care much about it but we were unable to turn it on They charged me $4.40 more after my stay. Only thing might be two bottles in the room. As I remember first two bottles were complimentary. This is not also a big issue. In other hotels we stayed, there were always free coffee for the quests during the day. In this hotel it was just during breakfast time
