The pool was not operational, every time we asked for something they told us what they wouldn't do. I needed soap in the shower, I was told they won't make the bed. At check in we were told we had breakfast in the morning we were not on the list? Nothing awful but probably will not stay here again.

Overall nice place. Front desk staff called and woke up our room at 1am asking us to look for headphones the previous guest left behind. Disrupted our sleep as we had to wake up at 4am for early flight.

I was awakened at 6 am in the morning by people yelling and screaming as if they were at a football game. And then again at 8 am. I complained to the front desk and was told I needed a room number so that they could give them a warnimg.Totally unacceptable.

Maybe wipe the bathroom shelves, they were disgusting as well as the drawers in the main area. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful when I had concerns. Toilet wouldn’t stop running, so I had to go in and fix the toilet, to stop from running and repeating all night. Other then that I had a great time oh yeah the bed was a little uncomfortable as well.

rooms looked and feeled old. window drapes had stains on them.. sheets look worn-out.. re-used over and over.. doesn't much life left.. time to replace not reuse... bathroom vanity was worn out you can see the stain peeling off... For Hilton I was disappointed. when we got there.. computers were down couldn't check in.. had to wait like 20 mins.. overall poor wouldn't stay at doubletree again...
