Room was not clean except the bed was made, but the comforter had a large stain with cigarette holes in it. Bathroom floor was dirty and the shower was not clean from the last guests. Hotel is under renovations, so perhaps it will get better. Two of our lights didn't work, and there were even outlets on both sides of the bed.
The elevator was dirty and sticky for days.

Great location. Old, dirty carpets, the hotel in the inside looks very run down as if it is an abandoned house. There is no charging outlet near bed. Don't know why. Breakfast did not look inviting, did not try. Staff were grumpy and unfriendly. Will not stay here again.

The girl at check-in was really nice She gave us the room we went and checked it The room was filthy we came back asked for a different room She immediately got us another room that was very much improved The carpets were still dirty and had like grease and stains on it and there was hair in the bathtub but the beds were very clean the sheets were freshly laundered and smelled like bleach and there was no bugs so that was a plus
I chose this property over two others that were a few dollars cheaper. I was not happy with the service at the front desk, both to check in and check out they seemed interested in other things. The "Free" Breakfast was not good at all. The choices were not appetizing and would be nice if they tried. The room had several issues from a noisy AC, a hole in the bathroom ceiling and lighting that was not working in the bathroom. I felt that I was given a room that was in not the best shape because I used Orbitz. Also, the property on the outside looked like it needed to be kept up better from grass cutting to glass being in the parking lot. Just not a great experience.
Incredibly potent stench of urine will slap you in the face the instant you open your door to insanity. This property should be shut down for health and safety. Avoid like the plague.

I've stayed here at least 15 times in the last three years, but the most recent was probably Jan 2021. When I stayed again in Dec 2021, I was STUNNED to see how much things had deteriorated. The first room they put me in did not have working heat, and the blow dryer sparked, made a weird noise and started smoking while I was using it. They moved me to another room that was nothing short of filthy! My boyfriend stayed in another room that was equally as filthy - is not worse. I worked out in the fitness center and noticed that there was a big hole in the ceiling with what appeared to be exposed mold from a recent leak. My needs are very basic (safe, clean and quiet, etc.), and this hotel has always met them in the past, but even I was grossed out and angry. I doubt I'll be staying here again.
