Great stay! Angel the receptionist on duty was super nice & she went above & beyond to get me the room I wanted. She is an asset to the Country Inn. The room was nice & clean the rest of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good! Overall a wonderful experience!

We were staying at the hotel for a soccer tournament. My daughter was hospitalized for 3 days and we were unable to participate in the tournament hence not needing the room. I called two days before and a manager said they were unable to reimburse because it was scheduled with Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said it was the hotel policy. Several attempts and they were unable to issue a reimbursement. Hotels.com service was pretty good - they made contact within 23 hours, but the lack of empathy and understanding of the hotels part was disappointing- they had plenty of time to find someone else to take the room.
