Great place to stay!

The room is nice but lack of a few things. There is no fan in the bathroom. The bathroom door can’t close completely, so light and noise could still come out bothering other people in the room.

Food options are not good . Hours and options at cafe and restaurant very limited . Wait is way too long. Charging the same price for stays yet offering half the service .

No left turn onto Meachem road. Had to use Zurich parking lot to drive south.

The property is beautiful and decorated in neutrals and lovely to look at and enjoy. However, the bed is so hard and the pillows so mushy your head sinks in and you cant breath as it envelops your face. For a higher end hotel I was hoping for a more comfortable nights sleep. We also booked a king and got a queen. We were tired and stuck with what they gave us.

Tried 3 times with our party to make use of the shuttle......told it would take us or pick us up....all 3 times we were told the shuttle was now busy. Tap water in the rooms was terrible. Started off cloudy, then separated into cloudy/clear layers.

Since I was visiting convention center, staying in the hotel was absolutely perfect for this. Great restaurant on-prem. Nice, clean rooms.

While the room and general complex was very clean and comfortable the pool was very disappointing. It was not clean at all, so we did not use it. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to major roads. The staff was pleasant and friendly.

We did not get the room that was requested. When we arrived the room was not cleaned. We were put into another room. We had to contact the front desk because the tv did not work. The technician said that the cable was not hooked up on the tv. This was late at night. Then we found out that the remote control was broken. We just didn't even bother with it anymore.

Long wait at help desk each visit. Hair in bed that wasn’t mines, very obvious & disgusting. Ceiling had water damage, nasty. Saw spots or stains in varies places around the my hotel room. No coffee stir for making coffee. Old smelling room or unclean smell. I had to pay $15 for WiFi, huge disappointment. Thank God my visit was only for one night. I chooose this hotel for a one night staycation and it failed. No Thank you, never again.

The courtyard inside the hotel is insanely loud. You cannot get a quiet night's sleep.

The hotel was very pretty and clean. The beds were rock Hard!

No valet service and the parking is a distance from the hotel. No help with baggage!

Great hotel, supurb facilities, outstanding staff. In addition, the restaraunt is very good at doing gluten free dinning.

Hello Sbsb1005, thank you for your feedback about our guestrooms and specifically about the bed and pillows. I recognize that bed/pillow softness is largely a personal preference, but do want to draw your attention that you are always welcome to request foam pillows in advance of your stay. These pillows are a more firm and likely more what you are accustomed too. Thank you for staying with us and we look forward to seeing you again.

John, Thank you for sharing your experience with me. I want to sincerely apologize for the frustrations you encountered with our shuttle. Your patience has been much more than I would ask of any guest and for this I thank you. Please know that we strive to provide each guest with exceptional service from arrival to departure, and we will use your feedback to improve in this area. Additionally, I voiced your concerns regarding the tap water to my Director of Engineering. He provided me with an interesting physics/chemistry answer that I wanted to share with you. The cloudiness you saw is completely harmless—this usually happens when it is cold outside. In the winter, water travels from the water tower which is very cold and warms up during its travel to the building. The water in the pipes is pressurized which helps to get the water all the way from the water tower to the building. Water under pressure holds more air than water that is not pressurized. Once the water comes out of the faucet, the water is no longer under pressure and the air comes out of solution as bubbles (similar to a carbonated soft drink). It will disappear over time. Thank you again for selecting us for your accommodations in the area. We hope you’ll think of us the next time you’re in Schaumburg! Meredith, Manager, Social Media
